GoogleSarah was absolutely amazing, she kept everyone in the chain up to date and really pushed the solicitors to keep the process moving. I cannot recommend her highly enough she made what can be a painful and stressful process one we could manage and without her help I don’t think we would have completed. GoogleWe are very satisfied with the service we've received from Gaze estate agents. Everyone in the Diss office, (Carol, Sarah and Zoe), kept us well informed throughout, without inundating us with unnecessary emails. From the initial evaluation through the negotiating phase, to Completion of the sale, communication was timely, clear and friendly, and we always felt confident that the whole process was in safe, experienced hands. I was selling my late mother's property from abroad, so it was also very convenient to have the interface with Gaze auction rooms to streamline the removal of furniture and house contents. Pauline, in the auction rooms office, was especially kind and patient, explaining the auction process, booking haulage, and putting us in touch with a house clearance company. Thank you all for a very professional service !

GoogleTW gaze offered an excellent service. Compared to some of the big chains there was a no pressure approach, at no point did I feel that there was a hard sell on any other products and that was such a relief, there was no additional charges for photographs and no sneaky hidden costs. They updated us even when there wasn’t much to update and always replied to emails promptly, they listened to our requests when we wanted to change things to try and boost the sale and we’re an excellent go between the other estate agents and solicitors. We’re now in our beautiful new house and couldn’t be happier!

GoogleI thought selling my late Uncles property 160 miles away from my home could possibly be a challenge, but exactly the opposite. The team at Diss office were amazing. Great communications, handled lots of viewings, were very professional and gave great advice where needed. A shout out for Richard, Sarah, Alison, Kate, Roberta, Morgana and Carol I cant thank you enough. I will be sad to hand it over in a couple of weeks but have lots of happy memories. Thank you and well done.

GoogleWonderful experience buying through TW GAZE!! We dealt mainly with Sarah, who was an absolute delight. All the staff we spoke to were so friendly and helpful, and responded promptly to any queries we had. Certainly recommend them to anyone buying in the area!!

GoogleI did a formal assessment of local estate agents before engaging TW Gaze, who scored the highest using the 10c framework. Kate was the initial person I dealt with, with Sarah being our negotiator. I know Sarah sheilded me from the demands of my purchasers and we got our asking price. Would recommend.

Likewise he led the sale of 2 unique cottages and advised me all the way and then supported by Roberta who kept me in the loop during the whole process with excellent communication skills

I had an online bid accepted and the item was subsequently sold to someone in the saleroom. There was no "final warning", unlike all the other lots. It is highly likely that this was an arrangement to enable the purchaser to avoid an auction and buy under value. I note that others have reported similar practices at this auction house. Avoid.

Some people on this site have been disappointed by items they have bought sight unseen. The answer is to phone for a free condition report before bidding. The auction room assistants go to great lengths to provide an honest report. As a buyer and seller over three decades, I have found the staff to be friendly, helpful and willing to point out defects which I haven't seen myself.

Unethical when you bid online. I have bought both online and in the saleroom. I have had a few issues with these guys when bidding online. Mostly, the description has no mention of damage - even extensive damage - and I have purchased a few items which have been badly damaged but the photos or description don't show this. Also experienced winning online, told I have won, gone to pick up and told it was sold to someone in the saleroom. Their fees for bidding online are excessive, and yet there is little guarantee of good service. 1st time I registered to bid online they charge my card 10p. 2nd time, 20p, 3rd 30p, 4th 40p? ?? What is that all about? Other auctions authenticate your card with a 1p transaction! Never a buyer or seller will I longer be - though have spent loads withe these over the years. Their loss for shoddy practices!
