I rented out a property with Jordan Fishwick for years and dealt with Joely in the Hale lettings branch. Correspondence was always dealt with in a courteous and efficient manner and would have no hesitation in using them again in the future.

Nothing but praise for William Saunders based at the Wilmslow branch. William worked hard to ensure the purchase went through under extremely challenging time constraints. William kept us informed throughout the process, often challenging others within the chain (including solicitors). I’m certain the chain would have collapsed without Williams interventions.

GoogleThe team are amazing. Paul was great from day 1 when I phoned for a valuation. I got realism and plenty of guidance. Kirsty and Sue have supported me all the way through both my purchase and sale. Kirsty in particular has ensured everything has been done in a timely manner and her attention to detail is brilliant. Having dealt with other estate agents in the area I believe this is the A team and you won't get better service.

We rented a house with Jordanfishwick for a year from July 2023- July 2024. We arranged for a time for our keys to be picked up and when arriving at the agency, they told us they didn’t have our keys and to go to the house and someone would give us our keys there. Got to the property, no one was there and was charged an extra fee by the moving van company as we had to wait around for their mistake. After living in the property for a month or so we noticed that there we fleas and we were being bitten despite not owning pets. When we brought this to their attention they couldn’t care less about it and even tried telling us it was our fault and we “must” have pets. A few weeks after that we discovered mice in the property which must’ve been the cause for the fleas. Again no interest. Small things such as loose taps and inspections were fine but if we ever called up and asked to speak to our property manager he was always rude and arrogant. Clearly thought just because we’re students we must be trouble and therefore thought the way we were spoken to and even written too was very passive aggressive and not needed. At the end of our tenancy we had our inspection and out check out inventory where it stated the property did not need a deep clean. We then got a lovely bill through asking for £400 in cleaning fees despite this. We disputed and only had to pay £115 as we left the property in a state as to how it was when we moved in. Clean maybe a few moving boxes left behind and that was all. They just seem to want money out of students and put no care into keeping everyone satisfied.

Agent to one of the worst landlords I've ever experienced. Said they worked for the landlord and not us. Well they wouldnt have renters for the landlords if that's how think. Incessant phone calls when we were moving out - we wanted to buy the house we rented, got told we had first refusal if it went up for sale. Finally after asking 5 times over 3 years if we could buy it, we let the landlord know we were moving and magically it went up for sale. Jordan fishwick advertised it so overpriced they only got 1 viewing in a year and ended up putting it back up for rent - for 200 more than welcome wanted it for! With no improvement, lack of insulation, falling apart brick work, mouldy shed, rats next door, no parking, no garden, bathroom floor leaking for £925 a month!!! Outrageous. House in question was 6 Chadkirk Cottages. Would not recommend renting with original landlords Sefton Bleasefale and would barter down price to the 700 we were paying (it's a 1 bedroom house!)

Shambolic. Sent confirmation email of viewings to the wrong email address (which was copied wrong by them from Rightmove). Then when we showed up, both houses had Sold signs outside with nobody there to meet us for the viewing. The next day had the audacity to call and complain for not showing up to the viewings!

Used Jordan Fishwick to sell my house - what a mistake. Left 2 external doors unlocked after doing viewings. Even having 20 min appointments for viewings, they didn't show people anything in the house and just let them wander around. Didn't bother to stay for all the viewing appointments and never made the video house tour that was promised.Completely unprofessional attitude. Rude staff who hung up mid sentence. Could not recommend and would never use again. Didn't do their job and very unimpressed by the customer service (or lack thereof).

I rented a property in Manchester for 2.5 years managed by Adam Mack on behalf of Jordan Fishwick. Despite an incredible workload, Adam attended to and resolved all issues raised throughout our tenancy which inevitably arose in an older property. I also enjoyed using interactive apps for administrative tasks that made locating important documentation easier. It has been a pleasure working with Adam Mack and would therefore recommend Jordan Fishwick to friends & relatives.

TrustpilotAvoid at all costs
Jordan Fishwick managed our property for 4+ years and while it was good to begin with and we had attentive service it quickly declined and we had incredibly poor service. They are very quick to request money from you and encourage you to sign a contract but they absolutely will not fix any maintenance problems, even if you complain multiple times. If you end up getting Stefan Bowers as your property manager then god help you because the man is about as useless as a chocolate teapot and will not reply to any of your emails. If he does reply to your email he is aggressive and completely illiterate - good luck. Avoid these estate agents at all cost.

I contacted them to arrange a viewing to buy a flat. They asked for a mortgage in principle or proof of cash(?!?) just to book a viewing! - nonsense and unprofessionalMore importantly, the person on the phone was entirely rude, unprofessional, patronising and I honestly believe racist. To add to that they were also full of lies saying that all agencies need mortgage in principle to arrange a viewing. - I've personally had several viewings now and in the past without a decision in principle.Maybe they were having a bad day but honestly I would never trust this person and consequently the agency to handle such a transaction for me. If I were someone considering selling or letting with them, I'd stay clear. - hope this reaches people and the agency to improve their service.

After 3 years spent in the UK for work, I can definitely say that I'll be leaving behind a piece of my heart in this country, impressed about the British spirit, kindness and lifestyle. hardly ever I've met someone rude for the expection of this company I'm reviewing, and I'm speaking in particular of the branch that covers the Didsbury area in Greater Manchester. As a tenant I've been treated very poorly and I'll give you few examples:1. they've left me with a broken window during winter for months,2. I've lived in an apartment with cealing all stained by infiltration due to tenants living above my apartments and due to a very bad weather condition that ruined part of the livingroom ceiling close to the window, and they've never organized repainting, even though we've asked for years.. (and we're talking about a nice apartment in a very nice area in Manchester)2. disrigarding any kind of decency they've increased rent every year only few days before the end of the contract leaving me with no choice but to renew, it's ok to increase rent, don't get me wrong, but doing it a handful of day before the end of the contract is quite underhand... don't get me wrong, legal, but still, that's the worst part, they'll always find the legal way to screw you over3. After 3 years, even after proving a long time notice before I was leaving (anticipating the end of the contract of basically 1 month only...) they've exposed to me an absurd exit fee, and a daily rate until the start of a future new tenancy. With that scenario I kindly asked to put the house on the market to not incur in even more costs, but they've replied by saying "no exit fee in advance, no house on the market"... even though I'm leaving the apartment in 2 weeks...I have to say that only "supporting" the landloards is not a good way of doing business and treating people like that is never acceptable.Thank you all for reading, please if you can, don't rent any apartment managed by this company.
