GoogleRebecca was my main point of contact for the purchase, every step of the way we were kept very well informed and even at a time when the purchase might have slipped away she managed to come through and get a solution in place. Keep up the good work :)PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleWould 100% recommend using Reeds Rains, everyone spoken to was responsive and friendly but in particular our dealings were with Elizabeth who has been beyond professional...nothing too much trouble liaising as a go between for us and the seller...constantly on the ball and chasing solicitors etc even once completed still had a few things we needed from seller and Elizabeth continued to be a go between...thankyou for making our 1st house purchase as stress free as possible!!🙂PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleAvoid this agency at all costs Stay away from this agency as they are so unprofessional, dishonest and offensive (Elizabeth March and Andrea Snook). I had an accepted offer for a house and they instructed me to hire a solicitor and start the procedure. However, after 1 month, they have decided to accept a higher offer. They even did not bother to apologise for my £450 loss. Avoid this agency at all costs.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
