GoogleWould definitely recommend, Buying our home was our first time buying and honestly, their side of it was a walk in the park. They were efficient and got back to us with any information so quickly and honestly the staff was amazing. Emily, the broker they recommended us. The best money I've ever spent in my life. If they recommend her, DO IT. If you take anything from this review please let it be her services. We would have never got the mortgage deal we did without her.

GoogleIf you are a landlord think very carefully before using Reeds Rains to manage your property. Rather than using local contractors for maintenance, all maintenance is handled by a centralised uk office. They then only use large regional contractors on an approved list who are not necessarily close to the property. This results as: - The contractor doesn't need to provide a competitive quote - Smaller jobs are not worth their while due to distance and them being a large company, so they are only interested for a marked up fee. - Reeds Rains take an 18% commission off any work undertaken, so higher quotes are in their interest This resulted in maintenance quotes being at least 4 times the price of local contractors, meaning that as the landlord you will have to step in and handle this all directly yourself (unless you can stomach being repeatedly overcharged). All of the quotes were for standard work (eg cleaning and minor repairs on tenant changeover) and didn't require specialist contractors Complained about this to Reeds Rains, but they were not interested. The only viable option was to leave Reeds Rains for a smaller local agent. Exit fees were also extortionate: Months rent + VAT

Reeds Rains use a mixture of local & national contractors to ensure we complete all maintenance works within a timely manner & to the highest standards. Some quotes may require a more specialist contractor depending on the maintenance issues reported. The contractors that Reeds Rains use all undergo comprehensive vetting & insurance checks, to ensure the highest of quality of workmanship. Reeds Rains ensure quotes are provided to landlords prior to works going ahead, & regularly check our contractor pricing lists, to ensure we stay competitive with local & national estate agents, should you be unhappy with any quotes provided by Reeds Rains you could at any time source your own contractors to also provide quotes.

GoogleI rented from them when I was severely disabled. They left the house in a dreadful state of disrepair with water leaking down from the bathroom into the kitchen. In the end, I had to make them wait for their rent to MAKE them fix the problem as I had been paying £4000 up front to them but because they had my money, they weren't interested in making sure my living conditions were OK. Due to their mistreatment of me, I pulled out of buying the house that I was going to buy from them also because as a company. They're not to be trusted, taking advantage of vulnerable people etc.
Thank you for your feedback, we really value all comments & strive to provide the best customer service, however, it did come as a bit of a surprise as your tenancy dates back to 2012, if you would like to contact the branch we will gladly look into the issues you feel you faced.

GoogleReeds rains have been fantastic through our whole process of selling our property. Kept us updated all the way the through it, really good at getting us viewings. All the girls have been brilliant but Liz & Andrea dealt with us mostly & both were amazing. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of selling to use these.

GoogleRented a property through them. Everything was way more difficult than it had to be. I will never use again.
We apologise if you feel that the processes were delayed, the information you provided to Reeds Rains Dinnington on exiting the property, was inconsistent with what we require when following legislation at the end of a tenancy. Reeds Rains Dinnington work to the highest quality standards and ensure contract law is followed - as soon as our query was resolved in regards to the information you provided, we were able to proceed forward with your request to end the tenancy. The diligence we conduct is paramount to the integrity of the tenancy agreement we have in place and we will not compromise on this. We provided all the information to the landlord, who welcomed this safeguarding approach, as the tenant. If you wish to discuss this further, we would be keen to reiterate our position.

GoogleWe have been extremely deceived by the house we have just viewed. The house which we viewed looked beautiful and newly decorated from the pictures. When we went today the house stank of dog, the estate agent was late, everything was dirty, the floors which were shown as wooden laminate had dirty stained carpets instead that was supposed to be 'new'. I think the other couples felt as disheartened as we did and left early. The original bond was £525 and a few days later was raised to £712.50, when I questioned this they was trying to avoid answering and said it was because the last Tennant left it in such a state. Don't trust the pictures or what you have been told as their a complete rip off.
We’re really sorry that you were unhappy with the property you recently viewed. We have looked into this and we informed you on the viewing that the property had been left a little worse for wear by the previous tenant and the landlord was in the process of re-decorating throughout, replacing any unsuitable floor covering and fitting a new kitchen, this was shown on a picture pinned up in the kitchen.
