My mum recently went into a care home and Jade was so helpful and understanding as I had no idea what I was supposed to do, and with her knowledge took the auction route which was the best option. As soon as it went up for sale it was soon changed to sold and 10k more what mum wanted before it had gone to auction. They did all the viewings for me and a stress free process. GoogleWe instructed Reeds Rains based on local recommendations, but unfortunately, our experience did not live up to the hype.
After paying for professional photography, we marketed the property for two months alongside another agent as part of a "Help to Sell" scheme.
The difference in performance was stark. While the other agent secured seven viewings and a successful offer, Reeds Rains failed to generate viewings. Communication was poor; we constantly had to chase them for updates rather than receiving proactive feedback.
To make matters worse, despite having paid for the photos, we requested the files in December 2025 to facilitate an auction sale.
Months later, we are still waiting. Extremely disappointed with the lack of results and the ongoing poor service.

We’re sorry to read about the experience you’ve described. However, we’re currently unable to identify the property or the circumstances you’re referring to.
In many cases, particularly with new home properties, we act on instruction from the developer or new homes company rather than directly from the individual seller. Where this is the case, marketing strategy, pricing discussions, and performance feedback are provided to and agreed with our client (the developer/new homes company), and viewing and enquiry levels are reported to them accordingly.
The situation you’ve described, especially regarding communication and the release of files, is not consistent with the standards we aim to uphold. However, without specific details such as the property address, we are unable to investigate the matter or verify what has occurred.
If you are directly involved with the property, we would encourage you to contact us with the relevant details so we can review the file and clarify the position. Alternatively, you may wish to raise your concerns with the new homes company instructing us, as they are our client and receive regular marketing updates and feedback reports.
We take all genuine concerns seriously, but we require sufficient information in order to properly investigate and respond. We look forward to hearing from you so this can be addressed appropriately.

Jade took all the details required, explaining everything in layman's terms and she had even sold the house before it had been advertised!! This goes to show Jade listens to what her clients require.
Andrea was a massive help when I couldn't get any answers from my Solicitor, if she didn't know the answer, she would find out and get straight back to me.
