We bought our house through Church Robinson and the service we received from them was outstanding, We were so impressed from start to finish and would definitely recommend them to others. We viewed the property with Nat who was a breath of fresh air - She was friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and knew exactly what we were looking for from the first time she met us. We overran our allotted viewing time she never made us feel hurried along. Gary and his team supported us throughout and kept us informed at every stage of the sale process. They regularly and professionally chased the other parties within the chain on our behalf, and answered any queries we had very quickly and in detail. I would recommend this estate agents to anyone thinking of buying or selling a property. Thank you to all of the Church Robinson team.

We currently have our home on the market with Church Robinson (Didcot) and as a first time seller I was dreading having to go through this whole process after hearing all the nightmare stories from others who have sold in our area recently (please note - none of these stories involved Church Robinson - this was one of the reasons we chose this team). So far James, Archie, and the whole Church Robinson team have been amazing. Everyone is proactive, friendly and professional. We've been on the market for 4 weeks and we are getting plenty of viewings. We are hopeful that we will be in receipt of an offer soon. I will update this review at the end of our process, but I have to say, so far so good team! Thank you all for making this process easy (so far) 😊

While Raffaele from the team was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional, my overall experience with Church Robinson did not live up to it. I did not appreciate being told my offer was accepted, congratulations and all one day and being told the opposite the next day. I also received two different explanations, after requesting one. Although I can accept my situation and circumstances leading to it were exceptional, I'd argue you should wait until you are 100% sure before conveying an offer has been accepted, even verbally. My disappointment was on a par with the level of investment I was willing to make to purchase my dream home, hence this review...

We chose Church Robinson to sell our house as we thought they were professional, approachable and all very friendly. They were not 'pushy' for a sell and gave us honest advice/ feedback on our property when selling. We also purchased our house via them - we mainly had Dawn and Holly as our main point of contact throughout. Both of which were fab- Dawn kept us up to date at the end of each week so we knew where we were at in the process. We felt looked after and informed!! Would strongly recommend for buying and selling of property.

Church Robinson, Didcot have been an incredible team to work with. After working with them for over 2 years from fully managing the property for us to then selling it, they have been nothing short than brilliant. Their attention to detail, swift response and transparency in the process has been much appreciated. Gary, Raffaele, Daniel and Dawn have gone above and beyond for us. Thank you and we will look forward to working with you again in the future.

Church Robinson are a brilliant Estate Agent! The seller we bought our house from used them. They could not have done more for both sides. Great service all around and a special mention to Natalie who originally showed us the property, she is a real credit to the company.

I appreciate for all the help from all the members of the team at Didcot office; Daniel, Archie and James. I had 7 to 8 viewings and sold subject to contract (SSTC) in less than two months since my property listed with Church Robinson. Thank you for the all hard work to achieve this. I chose Church as my sole Estate Agent to selling my property because I have lost confident with my previous agent. Seeing my neighbour sold their property successfully with Church I asked for their recommendation and I am glad I have made the right choice. Kind Regards May

A really brilliant experience so far when viewing properties. We saw several properties over the space of a few months with Calum, who was able to answer all of our questions and was a lovely, laid back presence during viewings.

I recently moved to the UK from India for work, and I was looking for a rental 1 bedroom apartment in Didcot. I was relieved to find Church Robinson Estate Agents, who were incredibly helpful and patient in helping me find the perfect place. They were responsive to my questions and concerns, and always made sure that I was comfortable with the process. A special mention to my friend Marcus Wenczek, who helped me in the initial phase. I ended up renting a beautiful apartment in Didcot, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. I highly recommend Church Robinson to anyone who is looking for a home in Didcot. They are professional and knowledgeable. Paige Bradley was assigned as my Tenancy Progression Consultant. Here are some specific things that I appreciated about Paige's services: She was very responsive to my emails and calls. She took the time to understand my move in preferences. She was always willing to answer my questions and concerns. She made sure that I was comfortable with the entire process. I would definitely recommend Paige again if I were looking for a rental property. She is a top-notch tenancy consultant, and I highly recommend her.

Church Robinson are a great team of people. They are all very friendly, able to deal sensitively and in a caring way with difficult situations while always being highly professional. I always felt like a person rather than a number on a spreadsheet in my interactions with them, and I would have no hesitation in choosing them again as my estate agent should the opportunity arise in the future.
