Me and my wife were looking for a house and registered with most of the estate agents in Didcot. What really stood out for us was Church Robinson, and especially Calum Sykes. Calum was always polite, professional, and extremely helpful. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and kept us informed whenever a new property came onto the market. Although other agents would simply send generic emails, Calum made sure to personally contact us as soon as there was a new house on the market that suited our requirements. He also helped us understand what to expect when buying a house, which made the whole process much less daunting. We couldn’t fault his service and would highly recommend Calum Sykes and Church Robinson to anyone looking to buy a home in Didcot.

I had a fantastic experience with Church Robinson during my recent property purchase. Daniel O'Hanlon was brilliant from the start; he showed me the property several times and was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, answering all my initial questions with ease. He clearly knows his stuff and made the viewing process very smooth. Dawn Pannell was also excellent throughout the progression of the sale. The team @ Church Robinson have been fantastic and I couldn’t fault them. After listing with a different agent and having a sale fall through 24 hours before exchange, I was sceptical to say the least that estate agents can deliver on their sales pitch. How lucky was I that Holly had kept in touch regardless of the fact we were selling with someone else and when it fell through meeting with Holly and the team convinced me to change tact. It was the best decision that I made, even this sale was not without its issues, but with great communication and a massive influence by the brilliant Dawn we finally got the sale over the line. Dawn should be wrapped in gold as I’m convinced without her it would never of happened, not due to Church but our chain. Dawn kept everyone on track and we can finally move on. Would highly recommend, Very attentive and great service. Marta was really helpful and went above and beyond. Re-review: Typical for estate agents, they are great when you are trying to get a house then when they are getting rent they no longer care. We had graffiti on the side of our house for nearly a year and nothing was done to remove it. We never received any compensation for this. We went for an early release from the property (which we had to pay for), instead of marketing the house for immediate availability, they marketed it for the end of our tenancy. This led to us having to pay months of rent while the house was vacant. Honestly shocking service, would not recommend.

I can’t rate Church Robinson highly enough. We were in the process of buying a property through them when the sale on our own property fell through. We had a discussion with Holly and Gary and made the decision to list our property with them and we are so pleased that we did. It was an upsetting time for us as the previous process had taken so long, before ultimately falling through, but they were so efficient and professional, but also very kind. We had an offer on our flat almost immediately and have recently exchanged. From the start, James came across as very knowledgeable and professional when explaining the process and strategy for selling our house. The agents were proactive when contacting potential buyers. They provided prompt feedback from viewings, and we were especially impressed with Raff's work. Dawn was very efficient at chasing up on the status of our transactions, and ensured we were always kept up to date on the progress throughout the chain.
