FacebookI rent a flat via Chancellors and I have not seen people more UNPROFESSIONAL in my whole life. They only care about taking your money at the beginning of the process and making up ridiculous excuses to keep the money of your deposit at the end. NEVER AGAIN!
Exactly our experience too. I would never ever deal with this estate agent again. Absolutely disgraceful the way they treat tenants.

GoogleChancellors - Didcot I have found the team at Chancellors to be very helpful in the processes that we have gone through to date with selling our home. Although still to exchange contracts, Riannah and David especially have been very forthcoming with providing us with the best marketing and correspondence with refence to selling our home. It is never easy to make the decision to sell your home and the customer service and care are of great importance in maintaning an excellent company rapport and service with your clients. I am confident in saying that I would highly recommmend Chancellors in Didcot for their continued excellence and service that we have been given.

I’ve just received your brochure in record time, and are so impressed with your photographer who took the time to listen to my concerns and tailored the photos to the very best standard. I can see why you employ a professional, and don’t just rely on your team taking pictures with a good camera! I’ve also been very impressed by your admin team, who always know who I am and have made me feel so comfortable through this process. I would urge anyone considering to employ your services to not only speak to you but also go into your office to see your team in action, as I was impressed to see how they work so well together, which in the end is only going to benefit me!

FacebookAs a contractor working with Chancellors has been great the refurbishment dept and property managers are friendly and helpful. Casey Gramson and Elysia Phillips have been fantastic to work with. They help greatly to get jobs completed, relaying information to Landlords and tenants.

Facebookwith advice asking us to market our house at over 30k less than value, plus a lack of competence, we regret ever signing up with Chancellors. waiting for the contract to end so we can go with more competent estate agents.

Facebookabsolutely appalling service. i cancelled the contract with them within the 14 days period due to a change in circumstances. they never even visited the property to take photos and it was never placed on rightmove. what followed was 4 months of debt letters, demanding paying costs. now been sent a county court letter. completely ignored when i challenged the costs, taken off in under 7 days. disgusting level of service. NEVER use this agent.

GoogleI've just been through what feels like the longest house buying process ever (6 months from the time our offer was accepted) and it really must be said that Jocelyn, in your sales team, is an absolute shinning light! She kept me updated as best she could and always had such a sunny demeanor. She really seemed to share in our joy as we passed little hurdles and she always helped keep my spirits up (there were times when we thought we'd never get the house). Her simple positivity just made the whole process bearable and I can't thank her enough for that! #GiveThatGirlAPromotion
