GoogleMy experience with fulfords was excellent from start to finish. Although I ended up buying a property that was on the market with another company I could not complain. From the very first phone call they were very helpful and proactive. Ringing me regularly with new properties, extra details when required and anything else I may find helpful. Would higjlu recommend them when searching for a house. Thanks guys

Fulfords Plymouth really dropped the ball. Promised move in dates and then at the last second pulled out. Have to now scramble to find a new place to stay ahead of my flight- 4 days before my flight. Thank you Fulfords, threw my whole move up in the air.

GoogleReally happy with the service received from Gareth, Emma and their team for the sale of our property. Great communication all the way through. Really felt like they were working hard to get us the sale we wanted. Always available for a chat when we were worried about something either by email or phone. They were informative, supportive and knowledgeable. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use again.

Seem incapable of following instructions. We asked them to let us know when they had arranged viewings for - they didn’t. We told them the property was under offer with another agent and asked them to stop viewings - they didn’t. Have zero faith in them when they can’t follow simple requests and will not deal with them again.

GoogleFulfords successfully navigated a difficult and protracted investment HMO sale for me with diligence and care. Although the sale took 8 months to complete due to complications they saw it through to completion with skilled input to overcome some of the hurdles encountered. Well done !

GoogleI popped in a few times ref to property to let, my budget being £500 per month and there was nothing to offer, however I felt one or 2 gilrs in the branch were a tad rude, talking at 500 miles an hour.. the approach bothered me in so much that I did not feel welcome so in the end went with another agent

We met the estate agent at the property his name was James and was from the Exeter branch. All I can say what an asset he is to your company. He was very knowledgeable about the property and such a charming well presented informative agent, any questions we had he could answer promptly. We didn’t end up taking the property but we said how much we were impressed by the agent James.

Had 2 viewings all confirmed via text and email, got completely stood up at the first property with no calls or communication and the number left in emails is an office that is closed until Monday at 9 am (this is a Saturday viewing)
