GoogleBoth Tara and Charlotte are excellent deal with issues in a precise manner and work efficiently at all stages of the letting. Having had a let down from a prospective tenant at the last minute they worked quickly to replace ensuring no breaks in letting. Reccomended !

GoogleUsed Rob as my mortgage broker for purchasing our first home and he was amazing! He was so helpful and friendly and helped me throughout the whole process. He was onhand with any queries I had and was more then helpful to assist if I wasn't sure about anything. I couldn't recommend him more then enough. If anyone is looking at purchasing a home definitely use Rob.

Google💫 AMAZING HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 💫 I can not thank Connells enough for their professional approach, especially Laura white who first introduced us to our dream home, she was very friendly and helpful, but mostly a HUGE thank you to Ben Pegg who has been incredible throughout, nothing is too much trouble, he was always willing to go the extra mile to help the process be as smooth and as fast as possible and thanks to Ben and connells we have exchange contracts just 7 weeks after we put in an offer. Thank you again for helping us find our dream family home and ensuring we were always updated throughout, so we new exactly what was happening every step of the way and for all your support . GoogleWe were recommended Connells by our next door neighbour and I have to be honest, our previous experience with estate agents was not a positive one, however they excelled themselves! A young man called Ben Pegg came to see us within a couple of days of me contacting them. He was friendly, informative, enthusiastic and I felt he totally wanted to work for us and get us the best possible deal. Connells & Ben must be the (Fastest estate agents in the south west) The For Sale sign went up on the Tuesday and the Friday of the same week -we had a buyer for our home. Amazing. I know how helpful reviews can be and I would have no hesitation in recommending Connells and in particular Ben Pegg to anyone. The ladies Laura and Tannesha were also really helpful

GoogleAny1 that needs a mortgage please please use connells in torquay. The mortgage broker there is amazing. Rob westell is an amazing guy. So helpful, kind and very caring. He went above and beyond to help me. I would have been completely lost without his help. Connells has a 1 in a million employee. Rob thank you, thank you, thank you .

GoogleOn the whole, we received excellent service from Ben and his team. Our only quibble was that we asked NOT to have a For Sale board put up outside the property, and stressed the point several times. Our request was ignored and both they and we were on the receiving end of what we'd predicted would happen from certain quarters. All ended well however and the sale went smoothly.

House viewings were very well organised and even following the lockdown I felt safe viewing properties that Connells had arranged, with everyone wearing the agreed PPE. GoogleRobert Westell (mortgage advisor) has been amazing in helping us get our mortgage sorted so we can buy our first home. He's been friendly, and has explained everything really thoroughly, as well as being really quick to respond to emails and phone calls. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

GoogleWe contacted connells to enquiry about viewing properties for sale. Hannah and phoebe were absolutely lovely as well as professional. They handled our enquires really well and we felt well informed. Unfortunately we didn’t find the right house through them but if and when we move again I would definitely contact connells again and hope to speak to one of the girls!
