GoogleAfter a not so pleasant experience trying to get a valuation at another local estate agents, Michael and Jack were excellent - very friendly and professional. After being let down time and time again at the other estate agents, Michael booked Jack to come and value my property straight away. Despite the short notice of my appointment, Jack came fully prepared with lots of property research he could discuss / let me keep for reference. The whole experience of the valuation exceeded my expectations and when I do come to sell my property, I will definitely be listing it with Connells.

GoogleI recently worked with Connells Estate Agents while searching for a rental property, and I couldnβt have asked for a better experience. Tara Portsmouth was the agent who supported me throughout the process, and she was absolutely brilliant.
From the start, Tara took the time to truly understand what I was looking for in a home. Within just two weeks, she had found a fantastic property that ticked every box, and I was ready to make an offer.
As this was my first time renting, there were naturally a few challenges and complications along the way but Tara was there at every step, making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
If you're looking for a property, I genuinely canβt recommend Connells, and especially Tara, highly enough. Sheβs a credit to her profession and one of life's lovely people.

GoogleGeorge the estate agent was great, the presentations of the properties where great as well but the portfolio quite small. I would of buy from George if I would of find a good property.
The mortgage advisor was full of knowledge but didnβt gave me the best rates or enough information about the buying process. Very disappointed that I needed to follow up so often for calculations that never came back.
I didnβt buy with Connells in the end as I found my dream property with a local agent

It was our first viewing to look at potential first home buy. She was so open and honest, gave us loads of advice and information and even arranged for a mortgage advisor appointment for the next day.
Genuinely so impressed with the level of service and how friendly and warm the experience was when we are anxious and excited to begin our search for a home.
