On 12th February, I had a viewing with connells met Beth who showed me and my parents around the property. Beth was very friendly polite and helpful any questions I needed to ask she responded to, if I needed to know anything else Beth would find out very quickly and gave me all the information I needed when I viewed the property. I was rushed and I was very happy with the service Beth gave me, as previous estate agents I've been through to view a proptery have rushed me and have said have a quick look around and haven't been able to answer any questions. Beth assured me I would be happy living here if I took proptery on. Also Beth took us up to the communal garden and sowed us around, she took time to explain about the neighbours and how nice the area is. Beth explained how lovely my landlady and landlord are and that they live on the premises and are happy to help with any issues that may accuar and that they are there if needed. If pleased Beth helped me find my new home I'm settling in nicely and feeling very happy in my new home. I recommend you go through connells as the team at the branch are also very friendly and nice to talk too they all make you feel welcome. Charlotte pym

Beth has been professional, welcoming and proactive. Right from the outset her positive attitude and enthusiasm, combined with her knowledge, meant we were able to secure a great property with ease and speed as we needed to move our kids quickly! Beth was always on hand to help with any queries, and made sure we were kept updated throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her or her team to anyone looking to rent in the area!

Un professional totally incompetent liars say they will call you back but never do . Tell you it’s sold even though my friend ask for a viewing and told it’s very much still on the market and for sale . These boys are full of loads of BS and think they can talk down to you because they wear a suit and tie . Avoid at all cost if you don’t want lies lies deceit and more lies and have your precious time wasted by this rabble who pretend to to be real estate agents .

Does wearing a suit make your lies appear more believable? No please don’t deal with these Del Boys who pretend to be estate agents because they are totally full of lies and smoke screens . It’s almost like a kids pantomime run by kids in suits . Oh no it isn’t oh yes it it oh no it isn’t yes it is ! Oh we don’t know ? Oh yes it is we think ? Clueless unprofessional . That’s if they even have the decency to phone you and not try and give you a pack of lies . Go watch sleeping beauty or Aladdin your going to be more entertained than dealing with these lot . Ryan was brilliant, helpful and professional and i wish i could give more stars because of this but connells as a whole i cant, they dont call back, viewings we dont believe all existed and we caught them out. After house was sold stc we didnt hear another thing from them no updates nothing, not until near end when Greg took over and chased up and was very helpful. Thankyou Ryan and Greg.

Incompetence at its finest! Definitely wouldn't recommend! We were given the run around for around six months on a property we were trying to purchase through Connells. EVERYDAY I would ring the office and speak to Charlie who was our estate agent and he would give me a different answer to why the sale wasn't going through! Eventually after alot of stress and fed up of Charlies lies we gave up with the property and pulled out. After a few days a get an email asking why we decided to pull out of the deal..!! I rang the office and let them know exactly why! The nerve! If you want to waste your time and energy I would recommend this company!!

Really good estate agents! Beth was very helpful and pushed through my application really quickly! Very pleased with the level of service I received throughout. I got stuck in terrible traffic when on the way to pick up the keys and beth stayed over half an hour late after closing hours to make sure that we could move in that day.

Had to change my review, as as soon as they have your money, they no longer care for your needs etc. Altho at first they were lovely and accommodating, that I believe was just a face to get your money as quick as they can. Also they give you a 6 month tenancy at first, then ask you to pay another £115 to renew it. This was not mentioned at first. So be cautious with connells

Was very pleased with the service I received with Hiba Khashan (sorry if I remembered the name incorrectly). She was very helpful and showed myself and my partner a lovely property which gave us a hard choice between that and the one we choose to purchase. Absolutely terrible!! Avoid at all costs. Worst estate agent I have ever dealt with. Stood outside a property waiting to view it for over an hour and they never turned up. When I called the office they simply told me they couldn't get hold of the guy who was meant to be showing me around. They had no sense of urgency and weren't even apologetic that I had been stood out in the cold for over an hour waiting. The issues just started there.

We have just completed a sale with Connells. Charlie dealt with the sale and he was amazing right from the start. He always returned calls, kept us updated and tried his best to make things as smooth as possible. We always experienced good and efficient service from Charlie and he would listen carefully to any concerns and deal with these quickly. He went above and beyond and always with a smile and never sounded frustrated, as I am sure he was at times. If you use Connells and are fortunate enough to have Charlie working in your behalf you will be in a safe hands and know you will get a great service.

Giving one star because I can’t give zero. Upon arrival you are instantly bombarded with using their mortgage advisor and various services. After explaining I do not want to use this service I was made to feel in order for my offer to be taken seriously I had to use their mortgage advisor. To top it off communication is abysmal and after offering on a property we were not informed it went to someone else. Abysmal service

Would not recommend - tried to upsell into their mortgage brokers on several occasions, quite forcefully at times, telling me my offer wouldnt be considered a 'good offer' unless I did so and they would inform the seller as such, despite having a mortgage in principle elsewhere already. I found somewhere else thankfully, but they started calling me daily after the property had sold to someone else. I had to block their number.

Not the best service in town, one viewing in 6 months and one viewing confirmed by text from Connells,we waited in all day to and no one showed up and when asking Connells they said that it was just a generic text and there was no viewing. Not very professional and no apology offered either. Will never recommend Connells
