Strakers worked hard even in the difficult circumstances of spring/summer 2020. Their progression team were excellent in coping with multiple frustrations and keeping us well informed.Pity they only handed over 1 of the 4 sets of keys I had given them for the purchasers and that I had to phone to remind them to do this!

The price charged for the sale was reasonable against their competitors. The staff were helpful throughout, despite the loss of the initial sale due to the coronavirus. I would have preferred to have received immediate confirmation that visits had occurred and earlier updates following the visit. Overall the service was very good.

I received an excellent attentive service from both Sales and Letting Departments. My own circumstances meant contact spanning almost two years including navigating the restrictions of Covid lockdowns. I was kept well informed throughout and a good result was achieved in the sale of the property.
