TrustpilotI switched to Strackers.
I switched to Strackers from another estate agent, who I was unhappy with. I should have went with Strackers from the start, they were professional, knowledgable and friendly throughout. Strackers sold my property in no time at all and also found the perfect property for me, which is now my new home. Excellent service.

TrustpilotProfessional, polite and effective
Very grateful for all the efforts Strakers made to sell my mother’s bungalow during a very difficult summer. A very professional firm who made sure we marketed the bungalow effectively, had a steady stream of apparently genuine potential buyers leading to a sale for the asking price. Would I use them again ..... absolutely. Thanks very much for your help.

TrustpilotStrakers…Fantastic Estate Agent
Strakers sold our house and have been fantastic all the way through. From the initial valuation right through to completion. The sales progression team kept us well informed all the way and were always very helpful whenever we had any queries. We highly recommend Strakers!

We recently purchased a house through Strakers and found them very helpful throughout the process. We asked to view the property 4 times in all twice prior to making an offer and twice after having our offer accepted and there was never any problem and no rush whilst looking around. We found the staff that we dealt with to be polite and patient.

TrustpilotProperty Management & lettings
5* ReviewStrakers manage the whole process of finding tenants to collection of funds seamlessly. The organisation has a wealth of experience and I implicitly trust Strakers with all 20+ properties we have. The property management team are consistently ahead of the game and managing tenants and the properties to ensure no end of tenancy 'surprises'I wouldn't use another letting company within the area.

TrustpilotPaul at the North Swindon office
Paul at the North Swindon office took care of the sale of our house, professional and efficient and he really knew the area which made the difference when talking to prospective buyers. I felt like I could just let Paul "get on with it" and knew my home was in safe hands. I would absolutely have no hesitation in recommending to anyone.

TrustpilotVery professional team.
Very easy to work with, great communications from begining to end. Had a property that went up for auction. Pretty much left this in the hands of the Auction Team at Strakers, sold prior at a great price, very happy with how they dealt with all the administration.Big thank you to all the team.

TrustpilotGood work against the odds
Strakers worked hard even in the difficult circumstances of spring/summer 2020. Their progression team were excellent in coping with multiple frustrations and keeping us well informed.Pity they only handed over 1 of the 4 sets of keys I had given them for the purchasers and that I had to phone to remind them to do this!
