TrustpilotDevizes office
Dealing with the Devizes office we have found them to be very efficient. As we are currently renting a property, any issues are dealt with swiftly, just a quick call to Bridget and it's all sorted. We are also starting to look for a property to buy, and we are receiving details of suitable properties by email, which is more than can be said for the other agent we are registered with too.

After an initial disappointment when a landlady decided to sell instead of let, Strakers pulled out all the stops to find me exactly the home I needed. They have all been a pleasure to deal with, but special thanks go to Guy, for whom nothing has been too much trouble.I recommend unreservedly.

Having never sold a property at auction before I was a little apprehensive but Charlie and the whole team helped me throughout the whole process... always professional and accessible, finding answers quickly to my many queries. I wouldn't hesitate to use Strakers again.

TrustpilotHighly recommended!
Although my house was sold extremely quickly at a very good price, there were a lot of hold ups which were out of my control. Strakers kept me informed of everything that was happening all the time, and answered any queries as soon as possible. All the staff were efficient, friendly and very helpful, and I am very pleased with everything they did for me.

TrustpilotAn asset to the profession
I have been particularly impressed with the attention to detail, professional acuity and outstanding support we have experienced following our decision to appoint Strakers as our lettings agent. I particularly direct praise to 'Dee' who is clearly an asset to the company, with no issue or query being to much for her to advise thoroughly on or action accordingly..

TrustpilotLong overdue
I sold my home over year ago and completely forgot I promised to write a review. I bumped into Liam from Swindon who was fantastic through the whole process. He said he no longer worked for Strakers but said it would help the team with this review. Everyone else was also incredible helpful and made it a smooth process. Jane and Sharon Especially. Highly recommend.

TrustpilotGood letting agent
I have used Strakers to let my property for a number of years now. I also bought the property from them and decided to let through them for ease. I always have good communications with my contact in the Strakers letting office, which is local to Swindon where the property is. They act promptly and keep me informed with any issues with the property or tenancy and address accordingly.

TrustpilotExcellent Letting Agents
We use Straker’s Lettings for 3 properties in Devizes. Michele has always worked hard to find us reliable tenants and she has always succeeded. Our properties have never been left vacant with new tenants referenced and signed before existing tenants have left. In cases of dispute at end of tenancy Straker’s have been happy to mediate and have always been extremely professional. We would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

The Strakers team worked hard to make my house move as smooth as possible. Always quick to respond to any enquires I made and everything was done in a friendly but very efficient way. It’s always a difficult thing to know if you have made the right choice in choosing an estate agent to sell your house, but I would have no hesitation in recommending Strakers to anyone.

TrustpilotSold my house
I used Strakers as sole agents to sell my house. They took a lot of the strain out of the process by escorting viewers around the property. The sales progressor was brilliant. All the staff were friendly and professional. A lot of estate agents have a bad rep but this company are very good.
