I completed my home on the 30th of June 2021 and the customer service that I have received has been exemplary. Chris and all the guys at Chalk fields have been excellent and I have never received a better service from any other company or business in the UK. The service and support from Anna (the Sales Rep) has been great, I was really disappointed to find that the moment that we were able confirm that we were a cash buyer there was an unexpected and unannounced £3,000 price increase. Not a huge amount in the scheme of the price of the property, but it was not the way that we expected Ashberry Homes to do business.

Bought a home in January with Ashberry, sales process straight forward, used recommended finance and mortgage people who did a good job.Site managers Ash and James stay in touch and organise fixes or touch ups quickly and check all work has been done to our liking.
