GoogleTaylor Brown & Simms have given excellent service from the start. The whole process was made so simple and easy by the very friendly team. The communication was strong and everything was explained in detail, following with regular updates by email or phone and there was always someone available for a quick reponse if I needed anything. Everything was done very quickly and professionally. There was no frustrations as they were keen and happy to help. After dealing with multiple other estate agents, I would recommend Taylor Brown & Simms above them all.

Taylor Brown & Simms came highly recommended to us. We have experienced a friendly and professional approach where nothing was too much bother. It was a complicated sale and Kelly was a star, as were others in the office when Kelly was not available. She communicated with both ourselves and our buyer whenever required. She also communicated effectively with both our and the buyer's solicitors who didn't make things particularly easy... pushing them for answers when necessary and trying to make the process smoother. Very highly recommended! Thank you.

I purchased my first property through Taylor Brown and Simms and could not be happier with the service provided. Kelly and Victoria were always a pleasure to deal with and very helpful and pro-active. Although the purchase took a long time, the process was made easier and less stressful thanks to their help. They was very understanding and fought my corner as well as the sellers. After a year of regular contact, I will miss speaking to them!

We have no hesitation at all in recommending Taylor, Brown and Simms. From start to finish, the whole team were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. Sales details and photos were completed and the house listed on Rightmove in the agreed timeframe; viewings were well planned and follow ups with potential buyers prompt. Communication was very good throughout the whole process and whenever we needed to speak to a specific member of the team we were able to speak to them the same day. All in all they were a pleasure to deal with.

GoogleFabulous agency. We found the personal more friendly approach absolutely brilliant. We were given regular updates and nothing was too much trouble. After a couple of false starts, once a buyer was found the staff were more than happy to answer any of my stupid questions. Taylor, Brown and Simms have recently sold my brother’s house for me and the whole team have been brilliant, especially Kelly . Living abroad might have made things awkward but they did so much extra for me. Checking the house regularly, putting me in contact with plumbers, house clearance and house cleaning firms. Nothing was too much trouble.

We initially met with Kelly (who was lovely from the get go). We decided to go with her as our Estate Agent rather than some of the big wigs because she clearly knew the area and being a smaller company, would be more accountable with the sales process. Plus she was a pleasure to deal with.

GoogleWhy a 1 Star review, well any estate agent that doesn't care about how there tenants effect those around them. As long as they get there money, who cares. Based on this they really don't deserve a rating higher than this do they. I only gave a 1 star as i had to. After reporting there tenant for the noise well into the early hours, they do nothing. So me and my family have to lose sleep due to this letting agents tenant. And yes I've gone around knocking on the door, multiple times, no answer. So thanks to this letting agents my life is disrupted, my family's life is disrupted. Police wont do anything so I have to take time now to log and report things to the council. I wonder how the owners would feel about this, or the mess that they have created of the front and back yards. but never mind, I just need to keep filling in my form and suffer for god knows how long. Thanks Henry Simms for your help with your Apparently (as you advised me) single mother with kids and her not really living there partner.
