I am so pleased I chose Taylor, Brown and Simms to sell my property. Kelly and Victoria are genuinely committed to selling property and maintaining communication along the way by email, text or phone calls. They go the extra mile and don’t just rely on rightmove, they utilise social media as well to gain more coverage. With their help acting as intermediaries between me, the buyer and solicitors it has taken less than 10 weeks from the right move listing going live to completion. I would not hesitate to recommend them, they are competent, they are local, they give the personal touch, as well as their professional approach.

GoogleUnfortunately for us they were seriously lacking. I had high hopes for them to sell my property however, it seemed that they did not do anything apart from asking us to lower the price. The contract was ended early as we were extremely dissatisfied with the service they provided.

The team at Taylor Brown & Simms supported us in selling two properties. They were very efficient and accommodating to our needs and when we were unsure on a legal representative they put us in touch with a local soliciting firm who have been amazing as well. The team were prompt to update us with any goings on with the sale and were checking in with our solicitors weekly to confirm everything was progressing smoothly.

GoogleCompleted the sale of our house today (yippee). It was all very new to us and Chris and Chelsie could not have been more supportive. From word go the communication was super friendly, efficient and never had to wait for a response to queries. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Not only was the service top notch, the price was the best around! Honestly could not recommend these more for sales and the rentals team are excellent too. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your efforts in making this a smooth process.
