GoogleEvery property I've checked currently on their website says I can book a viewing, let's me book it then I get an email saying its no longer available. This has been on every property I've booked a viewing on. Should take properties off their website quicker.
Thank you for the 1 star rating based on the fact we couldn’t offer you a viewing, it’s not as though we booked you in and then cancelled on the day.

GoogleWas very intrested in a house till they started getting too pushy over it and ringing me saying people were viewing it who were very intrested did I want it? House is still sitting empty yet if they had not been so pushy we were gonna apply

GoogleThis was the first time in renting through an Estate Agents, I had been in the house two years. I was told new windows would be fitted, the fence would be fixed or renewed. None of this happened, If a repair wanted fixing , had to report two or three times.
Morning, please can you let us know which property you are from, repairs are logged online and have timescales. Unless these works were offered since March this year, they should have been done ‘if’ offered. Luxury repairs are on hold due to lack of contractors at the moment.

Googleif I could give 0 star I would! was told before lock down we would be put on a waiting list for a property and be called once finished building, however no phone call, when asked them we was told all property's had been leased and no more available, after looking on the website and seeing more property's available phoned to ask about these to be told they don't have any. Been constantly fobbed off by this company, recommended nobody waste there time asking about the rent to buy scheme as they never have any when they say they do!NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleWe had previously viewed at a house through Acquire which we were outbid on and they contacted when a similar house was about to be placed on the market. Having had an offer accepted Acquire were quick to help us list our property and we accepted an offer within a week of first asking them to list it. I can honestly say that without Louise from Acquire doing the constant chasing for us the chain would have collapsed. I wouldn't hesitate recommend Acquire

GoogleWe have moved every 2 years, so I can say we have seen so many agents. (8 agents to be precise) By far Acquire has been the easiest, most transparent agents I have dealt with in my life. They are also prompt, honest and considerate of your property needs. Once you are a tenant, most agents disappear for good even when you need then. Acquire has been there for us in emergencies. Some experiences with Acquire will indicate why:- 1. The contract including renewal and all other paperwork is simple. 2. We had an ant issue for literally 1 day. They gave some solutions on the 'report a problem' online form and the ants were gone as suddenly as they had appeared, never to occur again. 3. I had just come back home from the hospital with my new born and the boiler decided to give way. Understanding the emergency of the situation, it was fixed in less than 3 hours. All the team members are [professional and easy to deal with. Specifically, Shannon and Dolly have been fantastic. I hope to see Acquire grow and expand while retaining their current people centric, caring values/ business principles. Kudos!

GoogleAs a tenant, I have to be honest and say I have had a problem with this company when it came to getting a particular repair done - its the only problem I have had though. But, I am happy to report that it finally got resolved and the engineer that did the work was superb! Overall however my experience with this company has been great! Shannon at the Derby branch has been particularly good and gone out of her way to ensure things get done chasing left, right and center as I found out from her colleagues. So, if you get the option of someone to deal with, request her - although I am sure the others are just as good ;-) Not a perfect company (but then who is?) Perhaps then, the next best thing and highly recommended by myself for any prospective tenants. Thanks for reading!

GoogleAwful experience. They messed up everything possible. Was without hot water for 2 months. Never replied to my emails. Never returned my calls. Didn't return my deposit in time. Most incompetent company I have ever come across. Avoid at all costs.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused by feb lack of hot water and return of deposit. The deposit was registered with TDS and this could’ve been lodged as not returned in time. We endeavour to return monies once your obligations are adhered to with 14 days and do not feel we exceeded this.

GoogleWanted to rent house wich I liked.We agreed on price 750£ pcm and I paid the fee 350£ to secure property and to stop advertising.After couple days I noticed that the property is beeing advertised again but this time instead 750£ it was 850£.Without letting me know what's going I rung to agency and what I hear is a lot of rubbish.Fortunately I've got my money back.Highly I would not recommend this agency to any one.
