GoogleWanted to rent house wich I liked.We agreed on price 750£ pcm and I paid the fee 350£ to secure property and to stop advertising.After couple days I noticed that the property is beeing advertised again but this time instead 750£ it was 850£.Without letting me know what's going I rung to agency and what I hear is a lot of rubbish.Fortunately I've got my money back.Highly I would not recommend this agency to any one.

FacebookAwful experience.They messed up everything possible. Was without hot water for 2 months. Never replied to my emails. Never returned my calls. Didn't return my deposit in time. Most incompetent company I have ever come across. Avoid at all costs.

GoogleJames assisted me with the sale of two problematic properties at the same time. He worked doggedly to get the sales over the line and kept me fully informed all the way. He chased buyers, management companies and solicitors. I would highly recommend Acquire without any hesitation.

FacebookArranged a viewing on a 2 bed detached property, instead of giving me the courtesy call to tell me it had sold, they called and emailed me to confirm the appointment only to try and show me a different unsuitable property. When I said I came to view the detached Scott just said its sold, no apology no explanation. 1hr round trip drive wasted - thanks a bunch.

FacebookWe rent a house in burton been in the same house for 6 years been left with the bedroom ceiling falling down for the passed 3 months and now been left with no hot water or heating with 2 kids in the house I'm not happy and I'm sure the land lord won't be when he don't get his money at the end of the month stay away there rob dogs

I will always recommend Acquire to anyone! I went into the Burton Branch and they were superb, you can tell that they have a lot of knowledge about the local area and they use this to help you find the right property.

FacebookTerrible would not recommend to anyone. The always say they will call back & never do. Charge you to move from a unsuitable property to a suitable one that's not infested with rats & bugs, & damp.

GoogleI chose this agency after meeting the owner who has the same name!! 11 years on they do a fantastic job looking after my portfolio, I encourage them to spend where necessary as I don’t believe in false economy and I’ve probably had 3-4 days in total of empty properties a year. Chose these guys- average prices too

GoogleWe rented through Acquire and found them to be very helpful. The website is very good for raising issues. When raising issues through this it was resolved quickly. Acquire sorted out the gas checks promptly before we moved in. They inpected the apartment at times agreeable to us. They were fair with the deposit. I would recommend.

GoogleAcquire did a great job letting my house, Dolly worked really hard, answered all my questions, moved the tenants in and made sure I received my payments promptly . I had tried other letting agents in town, but they did nothing. Thank you Acquire and well done. Looking forward to expanding my portfolio with Acquire soon.
