GoogleMy husband and I are being made homeless due to neighbours lying about myself screaming every morning at 6am. After letting them know that this is a lie and that my husband works full time and I’m recovering in bed due to being harassed by our neighbours and bullied, they still don’t care or listen. I suffer from autism, PTSD and OCD as well as depression, overdosing the other weekend and almost dying yet they still are saying they want us to move even though this has pushed me further over the edge. Our doctors registered our dog as a therapy animal and we still had to get rid of him even though he was well behaved. When offered to come and meet him and see the flats condition no one wanted to. And just said no giving us no good reason, which broke tenancy policy. My whole family are in America and being 22 years of age with mental health and trying to get by I have no where to go now. Absolutely heartbroken to say the least. There’s been no respect in this building/ block of flats. Anyone has access and comes and goes (residents that don’t even live here) causing damage to the property and smoking weed yet they are allowed to stay? Fuming.

GoogleWe came up to North Wales a month ago at short notice. Peter Large Estate Agents where fantastic, getting us some viewings, with in the 3 days we were here. We are now in the process of buying our dream bungalow (STC), Retiring from Essex to Kinmel bay. We would say they are excellent, professional and are keeping us updated.

GoogleWouldn’t recommend renting off Peterlarge been in the same house for over 4 years with ongoing damp problems to be told by them it’s condensation but oust for them to come out. The last 8 months they wanted to do 1 wall in the house I told them to get a price for the whole of downstairs. They don’t communicate with you unless you ring them they don’t reply to emails. Fast enough to take your money but don’t keep on top of the property avoid if you can help it .
