GoogleTravelled from Manchester for an 11am appointment. Which was confirmed twice in the days leading up to appointment. Waited at property no agent turned up? Rang the office to be told they had no record of appointment made another appointment for 4pm the only time they could do. Arranged to spend the rest of the day in Wales only to be telephoned 20 minutes later to say property has been sold? Pure amateurs and shoddy lying pathetic service AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

GoogleAll staff members of Park & Bailey in Caterham provided an exceptional customer service throughout our 2 years stay in Caterham. They are very prompt in sorting out tenant queries. If you are looking for a property in Caterham I would definitely recommend Park & Bailey.

GoogleI have used Park and Bailey now for over 6 years to manage a property and I could not have asked for better service from a letting agent than what Park and Bailey have provided. During this time, we have encountered various challenges with tenants and property maintenance, and Jayne, Liz, Jacqui and the rest of the team have always been responsive, approachable and quick to deal with any issues. They have also always been happy to provide advice and guidance when I have needed it, and I have always felt comfortable asking them questions knowing that they are knowledgeable and will provide honest opinions and insight. I would not hesitate to recommend the team at Park and Bailey for management and letting of properties and would like to thank them for all the support they have provided for our property.

GoogleMy partner and I have recently moved into a property in the Whyteleafe area. Park and Bailey Caterham helped us through every single stage with a high degree of professionalism and made the transition seem effortless. Being first time renters, we were nervous and unsure of all the processes. They were there to answer every question we had (even the silly ones) and always kept us up to date on the progress of the application and anything else we needed to know. We were never left in the dark. From beginning to end, they have been fantastic! Our thanks go especially to Josh and Charlotte who walked us through everything!

GoogleI haven't purchased a property in 6 years until not, my experience with the girls at Peter large on my purchase has been exceptional...if they miss your call they ring you back immediately when they free, they apologize for missing your call etc....they totally understanding, polite etc.. can't fault them...!!!

GoogleAn appointment was made to see a house for sale we drove over 20 miles to see it and the estate agent didn't turn up then when I rang they asked we to wait whilst they drove over to show us around then rang back to say there was a tenant in there and they couldn't get in touch with the tenant and they could not show us around.They even said an appointment wasn't made even though myself and my husband watched the agent put it on the spread sheet on the computer . Very unprofessional don't put your house up for sale with rhyl office if you want to sell it.

GoogleI have used the services of Park & Bailey Lettings for 15 years. I am always impressed with the professional service and good advice that they provide me. Also, I like the fact that many of the staff have been at P&B for a long time which provides a consistency of service as well as knowledge of the area. I would recommend them to anyone, and I continue to do so myself!

We were only looking for a 6 month rental and we know how hard it is to find, Josh managed to somehow negotiate a deal with an owner which I cannot thank enough!
