I spotted an attractive apartment on Park & Bailey's letting list when looking to move to a larger and more modern apartment. Flynn at their Caterham lettings office was extremely helpful and efficient in arranging the viewing and advising on the seemingly endless verifications required nowadays, so the whole process was completed very quickly and I was able to start moving in without any delay. Park & Bailey were very professional and efficient throughout and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Though the property we rented was landlord managed and we had minimal envolvement with them, the team at Park and Bailey were fab. Very friendly and efficient, supporting where needed. When moving from our longterm property, they were very supportive and help things run smoothly- even when we had a few posssible hiccups, communication was fab and they put my fears to rest. Absolutely incredible service from the team at Park & Bailey. We fell in love with one of their listings, and right from the day of the viewing, Sam and Simone were very quick in getting everything pushed through for us, and supported us every step of the way. Our situation was quite complex as I was self employed, and we were in a rush to move out but the process was very swift and we had the keys within 7 days of offer. I have worked with many estate agents in the past, and the team at Park & Bailey are certainly one of the best agents that I have dealt with, great service and highly recommend!

What an exceptional team! My fiancée and I have been eagerly searching for a new flat to rent and the team at Park and Bailey provided us with such excellent service They responded to our initial enquiry very promptly and upon hearing our requirements booked us not only into the flat we enquired on but one more that matched what we were looking for on the same day. We met Simone for the viewing who was very polite and friendly and answered all of our questions. After having some time to think we decided that as nice as both properties were they weren't quite right for us. We gave our feedback to Simone and she immediately responded with one more flat that ticked all of our boxes. She booked us in for a viewing at the earliest opportunity. This time we knew right away that this was the one, so Simone talked us through the next steps of the process and one week later we have now signed our tenancy agreement and move in a few days. The whole experience was smooth, stress free and everyone we spoke to at Park and Bailey were super helpful, friendly, supportive and made us feel valued. We could not have asked any more of them. I viewed a few properties with Peter Large and every single time the communication was perfect and friendly. Always accommodating. I had experience with other estate agents with regards to viewing properties. However, Peter Large have been the ultimate best… every single member of staff I liaised with Steph, Hayley, Sandra and Leanne were incredibly lovely. From the first step to the last, they have been phenomenal and I cannot complain about a single thing. They have made this experience so special and I would recommend and do currently recommend this estate agents to anyone I meet, friends and family. My partner & I where struggling to find a new place to rent when we then came across P&B Lettings in Caterham. First impressions where faultless and that was just the start of our experience with the team. 2 very professional, lovely and helpful ladies helped us through the whole process from start to finish, and even after we moved in, are still incredibly wonderful despite the few teething issues we had. Then we met another 2 members of the team to guide us through these challenging processes and after the whole experience I cannot recommend P&B enough. We were tenants for 1 year of a property managed by Park & Bailey Lettings based in Caterham. Throughout this time I don't think we could have wished for more pleasant people to deal with, especially with all the horror stories you hear. Our entry and exit as tenants was simple, well instructed and our time in that year, well supported in a prompt manner. I'd recommend P&B look at, if they haven't done so already, an onboarding process that doesn't require coming into the office just to sign documents e.g use of Docusign. Special shout out to Liz and Josh who I dealt with mainly and are a credit to the team.
