A proper painter.

Chris the decorator arrived to day,on the dot, to rectify some small snags on the kitchen ceiling and stair wall. A thoroughly professional job was done in an orderly and respectful manner. Sheets were put down to prevent any possible paint splashes. Cleaned up after him so no mess. I now have a gleaming kitchen ceiling and stair wall. Thank you Chris. 👍

Completed the work in 3 hours, made no mess, work was of very high quality and he was polite and informed us along the way about what he was doing and invited us to check it prior to him finishing up. Lawrence gardens

We moved into our beautiful Hartford house at Lawrence Garden in April 2022, and we are happy with our house. The reasons for selecting Lawreance Garden for our dream house were the site location (near A6), well designed homes, quiet area, and the greeneries. Since it’s our first home purchase we had millions of questions to ask, and the support we got from Hayley and Debbi from day one was remarkable. They arranged to view the available show homes as many times as we want to find the right property which meets our needs. Throughout the process we were well informed which helped us to move forward. We appreciate their effort, and we are sure they are a credit to Anwyl. Peter and Ian, the site managers ensured that the house was ready to move in. The house demonstration by Peter was well explanatory. The deliveries we had before we moved in was sorted by Ian and we appreciated the help. Once we moved in every day they knocked on the door to check everything was ok and sent workman without delay to sort out any minute defect noted (only very little). These two dedicated supervisors are always available and responds quickly to our enquires. They are working hard to keep the customers happy which is their aim. We see them every day many times walking through the site to make sure everything is going smoothly. They are very pleasant and always give us a wave whenever see us. There is no doubt to say that Ian and Peter is a credit to the organisation. Like the site mangers the entire site team are very polite and happy to help at any time. We are satisfied with the service we received, and we would be happy to recommend Anwyl homes to anyone in future. Thank you Anwyl. .

Happy Home Purchase. Thank you.

I bought my home on Lawrence Gardens Barton last year and was the second owner to move in. (June 2021) I was very impressed with the well designed homes on a spacious site layout and convenient location. Having never bought a new home before, I had heard the ‘horror stories!’ This was a leap of faith for me which soon became my best move. The support I received initially from Sam in sales was outstanding. She really guided me through the whole buying process. When I moved in, the site managers Ian and Pete made sure my house was fully ready to an impeccable standard. They regularly knocked on my door to check everything was ok. As soon as I reported any snags (and there were very few) a tradesman would visit in the next couple of days and all snags were completely rectified. Ian and Pete are still always available to offer assistance and can be contacted easily if needed. They have a very good working ethos and always respond promptly to any queries. They have made the whole experience a real pleasure. I didn’t really know what to expect from site managers but never expected to receive this high level of service which have I received. They are a credit to Anwyl Homes.I would be very happy to recommend Anwyl homes in the future especially the Lawrence Gardens team. Could not recommend them highly enough. Thank you everyone. I am extremely happy with my Anwyl Home.

I moved into my new home in December…

I moved into my new home in December and I can honestly say; I have had the best experience. All of the staff on site are ready to offer assistance with snagging or general enquiries and they have a very good working ethos, they take the time to introduce them selves and always ask if you have any issues that need to be fixed. From what I have witnessed, they follow Heath & Safety by keeping areas of work clean and accessible at all all times and are very keen on keeping the residents happy and safe.Ian and his team have done an amazing job and I would be very happy to recommend Anwyl homes in the future to friends and family.

We purchased a Hartford 4 bed at Lawrence Gardens, Barton in mid December. On our 1st visit to the site, we were very impressed with the spacious open green spaces within the site and layout. We were shown the beautiful show houses by Haley and Debbie , who were very professional and answered all our questions and were very knowledgeable and helpful. The site location is perfectly situated on the A6 and close to the motorway junction for travelling. Hayley and Debbie kept us informed throughout the whole purchase process. When we moved in, the site managers Ian and Pete came to see us to check everything was ok and regularly knocked to see if we needed anything. They asked us to make a snag list (there was not much). Various tradesmen appeared over the next couple of weeks and all snags were completed , over and above. Everyone was so polite , helpful and clean workers. Since moving in, we have noticed how much effort goes into keeping the site clean and tidy , even a road sweeper each day on the roads. Ian the site manager is present when work is carried out and works very hard to make sure the site is always tidy for the residents who have already moved in. The house is very well designed and a pleasure to live in. We especially find useful the door leading from the utility into the garage. We would not hesitate in recommending Anwyl, we would buy off them again. We only wish they offered a five Bedroom. The whole site seems to run like clockwork, which can only be down to Ian , his team and their professionalism. Very impressed.

Fairways

Alex, Helen and Sarah at the fairways were very helpful throughout the whole process up until our exchange of contracts last week. The amount of communication was right with us being kept updated on each step without it being too much, and everyone was always really helpful when we had questions. The options appointment with Alex was really good as we were able to discuss what we wanted ourselves with him able to help advise if we needed it. I’ve bought a new build before from another builder which had issues but so far so good with Anwyl.

From one salesperson to another I must say the service that I received from Alex and the team was absolutely fantastic. I first got in touch with Alex on January 5th and by the 11th March, I was able to complete the process of purchasing my new house. First Time Buyer - Anwyl were great!

I recently bought an Anwyl home in Ellesmere Port at the new Rossbank at the Oaks site. From the first engagement, all of the staff provided really detailed information and a warm welcome to me as a customer buying my first home. I dealt with Angela to begin with who was great in helping me secure my plot and choices, and then worked with Carol who guided me through the stages up until completion excellently. Both were super helpful and quick to respond to numerous queries I had as a first time buyer. I also engaged with Ian, Jacob and a couple of the builders who again were extremely engaging, helpful and polite during this process.Since moving in, my 4 week snag review was right on time and more impressively dealt with in an extremely swift manner. The site is ongoing so we continue to have interactions and despite weather challenges, the team are communicating with me and letting me know what they are upto. Dealing with Anwyl has been a breeze. I had heard about their reputation for service and housing quality before my purchase but can now verify that positively and would recommend them to any body looking to buy a new build home.

I have been in my new Anwyl home for a few months now and wish to write a review on my experience. Right from the outset I have found everyone I have dealt with to be polite, informative and helpful. When going through the sales process Sam followed by Hayley were with me every step of the way. Then once I had moved into my beautiful new home I have found the staff on site great. Ian the site manager and Peter have dealt with the few issues I had professionally keeping me informed of any progress, they have been very supportive, with nothing being too much trouble. In additionall the workmen on site have been really polite completing any work without mess or fuss. Thanks to all at Lawrence Gardens development.

Recently moved into our gorgeous home on the Tynddyn Bach site in Holyhead, courtesy of Anwyl Homes. Our move in date was the 22nd of December so as you can imagine Christmas was rather chaotic but was a lovely present to us. Our experience from reservation to completion was very professionally delivered and we were kept up to date throughout the build. I would like to thank Elizabeth for her patience with us and our never ending questions and requests to visit the build.My daughter & her boyfriend have also purchased their first home on the same estate with a completion date of April, again Elizabeth has been fantastic with them.I would also like to thank Jayne who played a huge roll ensuring our completion date was completed on time. At present we have not required any assistance from Anwyl’s after care service, if we do I hope we receive the same care we have received from their site sales representative.

Bitter/sweet @ Ellesmere port

Bitter/sweet. Perfection doesn't exist.I purchased my house at 'The oaks at rossbank' (Ellesmere port) anwyl homes in November 2021. Overall happy with the experience. The sales team Linda and Carol were very helpful in the beginning, I was in an unorthodox position with my previous home and they were very accommodating and in the end made my dream possible. Although this is not a direct reflection on anwyl, overall the house purchase felt rushed/unorganised and due to lack of communication between solicitors, I felt compounding pressure from all parties, something of which was a great source of stress. Overall the property is built to a good standard. The design of the interior is fantastic 10/10. There was however a few noticeable things straight away that were a quite disappointing...to a degree this showed a lack of attentiveness. I forgot the exact words but the sales team prior to moving they gave me slightly false sense of assurance that the house was checked over and in optimal condition - in essence it's just sales talk to passify you, please forgive my scepticism, you've just got to take things with a pinch of salt. After what felt like an increasing amount of issues, I got a snag survey conducted which showed around 60 issues, mostly minor issues but top marks to the onsite team...they have been quick to rectify issues. Many thanks to Jacob the onsite manager. One big issue for me is the parking.... The property comes with a shared drive and unfortunately I have a inconsiderate neighbour that blocks access out of my allocated parking very frustrating and little I can do. I think it's partially down to the way the driveway is designed, encouraging the neighbor to park in such a way, which was a massive oversight on my behalf. Anwyl have been quite quiet on this matter, something which I understand. Upon reflection I would have purchased a property that was on a main highway road less, less complication.Lovely home but you can't choose your neighbors. Hope this helps anyone considering an anwyl home.Bitter/sweet
