GoogleDealing with Kingsleigh and particularly Nicky Faulkner was an excellent experience from start to finish. Very professional, responsive and helpful throughout, even though our purchase wasn't straightforward and took a lot of time. They really went above and beyond to make it happen and see it through to the end.

GoogleKingsleigh have been amazing helping my Mum and Dad with their move, which has taken so long due to people pulling out at the last minute and then mortgage rates changing etc.. They have finally exchanged! The staff at Kingsleigh have gone way above and beyond and earned their reasonable commission ten times over. They always keep every one informed and chase when needed. Always return calls promptly and could not be nicer. 100% recommended. Thank you Jo especially and Peter and all of the team. My parents are older and really needed the support, kindness and understanding you always gave them. I've moved a lot in my life and they are hands down the best estate agency we've ever dealt with.

GoogleAmazing service, everybody is always really helpful and so nice on calls! I keep calling Nicky many times to get updates on the current status of my application and even if it’s unchanged, she always finds time to get back to me and explain what’s going on. Really smooth process so far, and all communication has been flawless. They also adjusted viewings times for me more than once when I couldn’t attend at the first time. They make the searching and moving processes really easy and enjoyable.

GoogleMy experience selling through Kingsleigh has been very satisfactory, warmly professional and even comforting (when necessary). Firstly, a relaxed meeting with Peter (who set up the company) to go through the sale process quickly saw many of my worries about the sale evaporate. I then met other members of the team from this friendly family run business, and I was introduced to Jo Cone who would be my main point of contact. We set up a useful WhatsApp group and then Ben from Kingsleigh who is a wizard with the 3D tour technology did his stuff. Further photos were also taken by a professional photographer who arrived with a huge array of kit including a drone. The resultant marketing of my house was splendid! The best example I can give of the knowledge and professionalism of this firm is from one particular point in the sales process when my buyers were having some difficulties which was slowing down the sale. I interpreted this as them getting cold feet, but Jo reassured me, and with her 30-plus years experience helped me to see that I needed to work with these buyers and not rock the boat at this point. Jo was also able to reassure me that some additional surveys the buyers wanted were not unusual and she had an incredible ability to see the whole picture clearly, and then most importantly, was able to explain it to me. This was extremely reassuring during what could have been a stressful time. On reflection, there were a number of opportunities for me to make bad decisions during the sales process, but with each one, I was gently guided and professionally advised, which finally resulted in the successful sale of my house. I cant be certain that I would have had this same result without the people like Jo at Kingsleigh. Thank you all.

GoogleKingsleigh Estate Agents are undoubtedly the most professional and amazing team I have ever dealt with during my rental process in four different cities in the past decade! They are just genuine people with great work ethic and brilliant communication! We knew straight away from the phone and email communications for property viewing booking with Nicky followed by meeting Louis at the property, they are so helpful and guided us every step of the way through the rental process! GoogleI went to Kingsleigh Estate Agents to manage my rental property as we had a great prior experience with them. They have been understanding and professional during a difficult time. They have made things smoother and easier by managing the property and picking suitable tenants for my property. Kingsleigh Estate Agents are always at the end of the phone and we have had no issues with communication. Overall, a great experience with them and would recommend to anyone who is wanting to sell, buy or rent a property.

GoogleThe purchase of my property was very prolonged due to probate but Kingsleigh Estate Agents patiently waited until this was resolved requesting periodic updates.Prior to purchase i was able to rent the property and Kingsleigh were extremely helpful to enable this.I cannot praise them enough for their professionalism and friendliness and it was an absolute pleasure to do business with them.Thoroughly recommend them.

GoogleVery unprofessional company. We had an offer accepted by seller on a property this company were advertising. Only to find some weeks later that it had been sold to someone else. Disgraceful

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Your offer was indeed at an acceptable level but as per the letter you received, was acceptable on the basis that you needed to sell your own property in order to proceed. The property remained For Sale on the open market in the meantime. Whilst we appreciate that it must have been frustrating that you were not informed in a timely manner before seeing that the property was sold subject to contract online - for which we apologise - we work on behalf of our vendor who accepted an offer from a proceedable purchaser after waiting over a month for you to be in a position to proceed. We wish you well on your search.
