GoogleWe had a geat experience working with Nicky at Kingsleigh - she was really proactive in introducing us to local properties and booking in viewings based around our search requirements, and incredibly helpful throughout the process of finding and securing our new tenancy. I would highly recommend Nicky and Kingsleigh estate agents to anyone looking to move into the Dedham Vale area!

GoogleWe had contacted the company several times to organise a viewing. 1 was put in place with my partner, I then called to confirm 2 days prior and to discuss some details. I was then told that our viewing was not booked and was also not within the working hours of the company. We were assured that we would receive a response that day in order to organise another time. Still no response & the viewing was meant to be 3 days ago. Really not impressed by this lack of professionalism.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review - we are sorry that you feel you have not received the high level of service you should be able to expect from us. We are also sorry that you felt the need to leave a bad review rather than speak to us about your complaint in the first instance. Your partner made a viewing request, in his name alone, via Rightmove and we called and left a voicemail the same day asking him to call us back so that we could book an appointment for him; he has yet to call us back. You then called several days later and left a voicemail which we returned. You stated that you believed a booking had been made, which it had not, and further, that the time you believed the booking was for, was not only outside our working hours, but outside of the time slot we were allocated in order to work around the current tenants, highlighting that no booking was ever made. Demand for rental properties is exceptionally high; we were fully booked for viewings at the property on the day in question and advised that if we were able to squeeze any additional viewings in, we would let you know. Unfortunately, we were unable to do this.

GoogleWe have had an excellent experience with Kingsleigh. Jo has been fantastic and was a key player in finally getting our purchase over the line, thank you so much Jo! The young man who first showed us the property was great too, very friendly knowledgable and professional. Gift box at the home was excellent, discount with AO was perfect for our washing machine and tumble dryer for our first ever home! Would certainly look to use Kingsleigh in the future.

GoogleFrom the moment Peter took our property onto his portfolio we had a succession of viewings. Within a couple of months we had accepted an offer which progressed to completion recently. He was also able to find us a rental property to move to whilst we looked for another property to purchase. Sarah and Eve were also very friendly and professional when ever we phoned or called into the office. Always a cheery smile and a pleasant word for us. We would ( and have!) wholeheartedly recommended Kingsleigh Residential to anyone wishing for a friendly , professional and courteous service.

Not once did we have to chase or contact them for information, we were always kept well informed & updated & nothing was too much trouble.
