GoogleWe were initially impressed with the response we received after inviting them to value our property.
Once we agreed to market through them, their professionalism shone through - from signing up, the "property for sale" launch, our viewings, our offers and eventually onto the exchange of contracts. All the time the communication was flowing throughout. KPC had set up an informal WhatsApp group for general chats, info exchange and to deal with our questions.

GoogleNot even deserve single start honestly.
We recently made an offer on a property through Kingsleigh. Our offer was initially accepted, but later we were informed (When I called) that the seller decided to reject it. The agent explained that this was because we started with a lower offer and then increased it significantly, which made the seller uncertain and accepted another offer. I had sent emails without receiving a response, and the property remained listed on the market.
Clear and timely updates would have helped manage expectations better. I hope this feedback helps improve communication for future buyers.

As agents, we act strictly on our vendor’s instructions. While your offer was initially accepted, the property remained on the market, as is standard practice, until all due diligence requirements are met.
In the six days following acceptance, we had not received confirmation of funds or details of a solicitor from yourself. During that same period, another applicant viewed the property, submitted an offer, and provided all required information promptly. Given this, the vendor chose to proceed with the buyer who was in a position to move forward without delay.
We understand this is disappointing and we wish you all the best with your search for a new home.

GoogleI've known about Nicky and Kingsleigh for years but being a loyal client to my previous agent I didn't use her or the services of the company.
I have, over the years become a very picky landlord and have become very specific about the kind of tenant(s) I want.
I recently employed my old agent to find me some new tenants, after a month of no activity, my agent asked me to compromise on my preferences to get more interest and traffic through the door.
I did compromise and they did get more interest but none of them were suitable for me or my property.
I eventually enlisted the help of Nicky @ Kingsleigh, within days they were showing people around. Nicky didn't ask me to compromise, in fact she encouraged me to stick to my preferences and within a short amount of time, the new tenants moved in.
Aside from putting some lovely people into my house, Nicky communicated with me daily, sometimes calling me from her home just to give me an update, knowing that I was anxious and wouldn't rest well. She has been incredibly professional throughout and also incredibly human, understanding how important it is to have the right tenant for the property and also keeping me updated throughout. I will not hesitate to use them again and will be recommending them to others
