GoogleWe sold our property through Fraser & Wheeler at the end of 2019, they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They provided a reasonable valuation and were very respectful of our property. We were kept up to date regularly of any potential interest and viewings, we received detailed feedback after each viewing and received and accepted an offer within a couple of weeks. They made the whole selling process incredibly easy and stress free, we wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Lucy in particular was brilliant - very thorough and helpful and she gave us some great advice on what we could do quickly and easily to help to sell the property.

GoogleI would certainly recommend Fraser and Wheeler if you are looking for an estate agent who will truly work with you to achieve the best possible outcome from selling your home. They were excellent in the very protracted sale of my late mothers bungalow in Dawlish, and despite the chain falling through twice during the process they kept working hard for me. I was well briefed and when they need to be honest about the prospects of achieve a particular price they were. I truly felt they acted for by best interests and I trusted them as the professionals they are. All the team I had contact with were very approachable and knowledgeable, but in particular we were excellently guided by Lucy to a successful end result. Many thanks for all your hard work and apologies this very well deserving review is so late in coming.

FacebookExcellent customer service. I cannot find a single thing that was negative. Communication was spot on; queries were responded to within the day. Even during lockdown, I could not fault their service. Local business with local people who know the area and have their customers best interests at heart. When I move again (not for a while as they helped me find the perfect house), I will most definitely use them again. I would highly recommend this estate agent for buying and selling.

FacebookAwful service, arranged a viewing of a property at the earliest opportunity informed them we were a cash buyer ready to proceed and first viewing was booked Monday told today that someone had made an offer which has been accepted no opportunity to make a better offer or view, vendor is either desperate (in which case it would have made sense to allow counter offer) or sorted "in house" to a preferred buyer not a good experience at all!

FacebookI got 5 valuations but I opted for Fraser & Wheeler because Chris actually listened to what I wanted to do and responded with good suggestions. Most of the other estate agents clearly undervalued the property because they wanted an easy quick sale...well, Chris did get an easy quick sale but at the right price! The rest of the team were also great. Sam and the others in the office always got straight back to me if I had a question and contacted me straight away when needed. I would definitely recommend Fraser & Wheeler as a straightforward, honest team who will do a good job for you.

FacebookThe Fraser & Wheeler estate agents were fabulous. We were delighted with the professionalism and their grace. All the team - especially the super Chris Parkes - were amiable and efficient. They sold our house quickly and the transaction from start to finish was uneventful (which is how it should be). If a problem arose they dealt with it and resolved the issue quickly - we were at all times kept in the loop regarding our buyers' selling. I was recommended F&W by a dear friend and colleague of mine and was not disappointed by this company's work. We sold our flat and had 13 viewings booked over a period of a week and accepted an offer on the 6th day. We also purchased our current property through F&W. They were always on hand to answer questions and generally manage both the sale and purchase through to completion. They went above and beyond the usual estate agent service providing advice and support to us throughout the sale process. Fraser and Wheeler also have a refreshing aproach to property viewings, as a vendor they provided feedback after every viewings and as a buyer they avoiding the usual hard sales approach. If you're looking for a gold service Estate Agency definitely go with Fraser and Wheeler.
