GoogleA huge thank you to Sharon at the Dawlish office, who guided me through the process of buying a bungalow. As a first time buyer, Sharon was reassuring and helpful and allowed me enough time when viewing to plan and imagine myself living there. I highly recommend Sharon and if ever I decided to sell, would use Fraser Wheeler again.

GoogleSix years ago we moved for the first time in over 35 years. Ben and the team (metaphorically) held our hands through it all, selling and buying, and were '5 star' expert, professional and empathetic. So much so that now, just 6 years later, when we decided to future-proof with a move to a bungalow, we had no hesitation in contracting them again. And, again, they've excelled themselves. They found and secured our new home for us, and sold our current house in under 7 days. All with courtesy, efficiency and understanding. A huge thank you - particularly to Ben and Paul for always going the extra mile - but also the whole team. Highly recommended.

GoogleI bought a house in March 2025 through Fraser and Wheeler of Dawlish and would definitely recommend them. The whole team is very friendly, yet very professional, with excellent local knowledge. Special thanks to Sharon who kept me up to date with progress, responded quickly to communications, and was diligent in chasing up sticking points and answers to queries. Her empathy and hard work made the whole process much smoother, and the purchase went through in good time. A great team of people.

Paul made a point of communicating regularly with us which allowed us to know we were always held in mind and was always personable and considerate in his approach. GoogleMany thanks to all the team at Fraser Wheeler and in particular Paul for all their help with our house sale. The sale was quite complicated and went on for six months, through no fault of Fraser Wheeler, and Paul was there every step of the way encouraging and supporting us. There were times when the sale could have fallen through and Paul handled everything with total professionalism and a deft touch encouraging both sides to come to a mutually satisfactory final settlement. FacebookI can’t praise Fraser and Wheeler highly enough. Selling my house was a very traumatic experience for a number of reasons and I had to use several estate agents during the long and stressful process. Of all the estate agents I had dealings with Fraser and Wheeler have stood out above all the rest. From initial meeting with Sam his honest and straightforward approach and knowledge made me feel confident my sale was in safe hands. I was particularly impressed with how great communication was. Always a phone call rather than impersonal emails. I mostly had dealings with Amy and Rachel over the phone. They were both so helpful and friendly and Rachel was tireless in chasing up the sale and keeping me informed every step of the way. Thank you so much! I highly recommend you!

Special mention to Amy, who has looked after our case and went above and beyond for us, to all the staff we had contact with, thank you. The sale did get a little complicated, however Paul was incredibly helpful through this time and helped ease the stress, we were kept informed and updated on a regular basis. GoogleWhat can I say about Sharon and the team at Dawlish Fraser and Wheeler! There are no words to how much they helped us with the sale of our house. If it wasn’t for Sharon’s support and guidance we would have lost our marbles (I almost did). She was truly amazing and helped us so much with the conveyancing where our appalling solicitors failed. She kept us going and if it wasn’t for her and the team we would if lost our sale. So my advice to anyone thinking of selling their house in the Dawlish area to only consider Fraser and Wheeler. The dust is just settling after the worst 6 months of our lives and finally completing last week and the team working so hard to get our sale through, which I don’t think would have been possible without these wonderful people. Thank you Sharon and team from the bottoms of our hearts.

Sharon kept in touch every step of the way and helped us realise our dream. Chantal was also amazing when Sharon wasnt in. GoogleWe approached Fraser wheeler in dawlish for a valuation for the sale of our house .Paul Ranger turned up on time and very efficient and friendly, he talked us through all the procedure and gave us a very fair valuation. He took great photos of our property and were on their website the following day , this is the 2nd occasion we have used their service and can't speak highly enough for their efficiency, communication and updates . They kept me informed throughout the process and were happy for me to ring up and ask questions. If they weren’t available when I contacted them, they got back to me very quickly.
