Facebook⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fraser and Wheeler are heads above the rest of the estate agents in Exeter in our opinion and it’s no wonder they are the top of the sales stats for the area. We predominantly dealt with Tom and Chris - who we can’t praise enough although all of the team are approachable and pleasant to talk to. Both were friendly, professional and informative throughout and got us through what was a rather long and stressful 6 months. Excellent service - highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Teamwork and communication are on point combined with the knowledge and advice to get things moving through the highs and lows throughout the process. Chris, Amy and Anita were our primary contacts for our sale who we really cannot praise enough supported by the rest of the team Tom, Sarah and Sam that also assisted throughout our sale. We would not hesitate in recommending Fraser & Wheeler to anyone and returning to them in the future. A job extremely well done. Thank you!

FacebookI like the fact that they are independent - rather than a chain. I like the personal approach that the director comes to your home & explains the process. All viewings were done promptly & efficiently without me having to be involved at all. Just the right amount of feedback. The office staff are friendly & helpful. But MOST OF ALL …… I love the fact that they sold my house- in a week - for the asking price!

GooglePurchased a property through Fraser & Wheeler and was very happy with the service provided. Sharon was on the ball and chased up anything outstanding very quickly and efficiently. Sharon is very approachable and easy to talk with, very supportive through the ups and downs of conveyancing process. I highly recommend Fraser and Wheeler and would use them again myself in the future.

GoogleWe cannot speak highly enough of Fraser and Wheeler. We dealt with Ben who kept us informed of progress throughout the transaction and was always there to answer any queries we had and ensured that everything progressed smoothly.. We have moved several times over the past 20 years and without doubt Fraser and Wheeler are head and shoulders above any of the previous agents we have used. They were straight with us at all times (something which is not easily found with agents from our experience) . The valuation placed on our property was sensible-they do not try to give unrealistic valuations just to get your business. A honest firm with ultimate integrity

FacebookWe received fantastic service from Chris, Amy and the team at Fraser and Wheeler. Chris came out to our property to value it back in November and completely understood that we needed to sell quickly to get the house we wanted. We had a high number of viewings, undertaken by Amy, in the first week and sold the house in that time. Unfortunately the rest of the process wasn’t as easy but after almost 8 months, a lockdown and 3 different buyers we are in our dream house! Chris, thank you so much for all the advice and help you gave us, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone.

Having originally established a potential purchase with Ben Fraser, it was clear that the situation was more difficult than easy. Ben wasted no time in establishing an alternative property, one which we are now enjoying so very much. All the staff have acted with courtesy, professionalism and with transparency. I wasn't living in Exeter at the time so they made the whole process so easy for me and took the stress off which is exactly what you need during your property sale. The transaction was smooth and Chris and Sam kept me regularly updated so I knew exactly where we are. I can't recommend the team enough if you want to feel looked after and supported by true professionals.

FacebookBest estate agent in Exeter! Cannot thank this whole team enough they have been amazing throughout the whole process of finding my property. Chris was friendly & professional when I met him at the property which they had just taken on that same day, they got me in to see it & we got sale agreed before it hit rightmove! I then had the pleasure of dealing with the lovely Karen who saw the sale go through from start to finish she was fab! Karen went above and beyond her job role keeping me updated almost daily, her calm & friendly manner made this whole process so much easier I felt I could ask her anything & nothing was to much. She dealt with both parties so professional & would always call me back when she would say and pass on all relevant info I needed to hear. I cannot thank you all enough! Highly recommend you all.

GoogleAs we wanted to sell our holiday home in Dawlish Warren and not living there we did not know any of the Estate Agents. We visited Fraser and Wheeler office and felt very welcome there. When Lucy came to take details of our holiday let she was very pleasant and explained every thing to us. We have had very bad experiences with estate agents before when selling our home but not with Fraser and Wheeler. Lucy kept us updated with everything and showing clients around. Even when she sold the property she dealt with everything for us. I would recommend Fraser and Wheeler to anyone wanting to buy or sell a property. We are now looking for another holiday let and Lucy is keeping an eye out for us. They are so helpful.

GoogleWe used Fraser and Wheeler in Dawlish to sell both our homes prior to moving in together and we have been extremely pleased with the service they have offered right from the first contact with Ben. My partners home sold less than 24 hours after going on the market and mine was sold a few days later. Communication has been superb and I have spoken with all of the staff in Dawlish over the past few weeks. My partners house has completed already in less than 3 months and I hope to be in a position to exchange contracts on mine in the next few days. GoogleWe purchased our property through Fraser & Wheeler a couple of years ago, i can not fault F&W at all, it was our first time buying a property so it was all new to us and did not know what to expect, however F&W helped us every step of the way with nothing ever being an issue. Sharon showed us around the property and she made us with at ease with her very friendly approach, she never made us feel rushed etc and allowed us to have a good look around. They valued the house realistically from the start, unlike other agents who over-valued the property. They worked hard to garner interest in the property, thoroughly checked potential buyers’ positions and were diligent in making the eventual sale go through smoothly and in good time.
