GoogleRecently sold my property through Fraser and wheeler, this was my 3rd time using them for selling and I’ve also purchased from them as well. As always all the staff were extremely helpful and gave good updates throughout the process even when my main point of contact wasn’t in office I still had answers to my questions. I couldn’t recommend Fraser and Wheeler enough. Top work at a competitive price.

FacebookChris, Amy and the team have done a fantastic job - my property sold quickly and for an amazing price. I was really apprehensive after a bad experience with another agent but they were patient, understanding and kept me fully informed throughout the whole process. FacebookWe were one of Fraser and Wheelers first customers early last year. Our property was quite specialised and we knew it would take time to find the right buyer. Chris and team were extremely helpful, patient and understanding with our situation. The property sold in September for a fair price and I cannot thank them enough for the fabulous service which they provided.

GoogleWe have recently sold our property with Fraser & Wheeler, the valuation given for our property was accurate and we received an offer just below the asking price which we accepted as cash buyers. Following the offer we were given regular updates on progress of the sale and the team chased solicitors to ensure a smooth process through to exchange and completion. Excellent service and pleased with how the whole process was dealt with on our behalf.

GoogleA huge thank you to Fraser & Wheeler, through whom we have just bought our first house. Sharon and Chantal especially were great - very professional, helpful and communicative, and they really made the whole process as stress-free as possible. The sale also went through very quickly - less than six months from offer to completion. Highly recommended.

A good local company who care about the service they deliver whilst being empathetic across all areas. Splendid effort - well done and thank you. Julian

FacebookOur experience with F&W has been second to none. From the first meeting with Sam through to crossing the finish line with Chris, their service has been amazing. You don’t often hear that about estate agents but they made the process so easy and didn’t push us or apply pressure whilst we were searching for a property and once we had found it (also through them) they were fantastic at keeping us well informed throughout the process, going above and beyond to help us exchange. Thank you to the whole team!
