I dealt with the Daventry Office of H&H for my house sale and for my purchase. The marketing of my house was professional, it sold in just over 2 weeks and I feel H&H fees are fair. They also ensure that you have prompt feedback after every viewing. Clair has been lovely to deal with right from my initial interest through to completion. There have been numerous issues in my chain which unfortunately made the process a lot more lengthy and stressful than I was expecting, but Clair and in Clair's absence, Andy, did their best to push things along. Where necessary they were proactive with others involved to ensure things kept moving.
