Howkins and Harrison were absolutely brilliant when selling my property.All members of staff were efficient and ensured our needs were met. Beth was fantastic at arranging viewings and following up these contacts with feedback provided immediately to both owners of the property. It was wonderful being part of the selling process and knowing in depth how well our sale was going. All colleagues, who managed the sale, were patient (which was needed with some issues that arose at the bottom of our chain) as well as professional, friendly and personable. Deborah was absolutely incredible at chasing our chain and going above and beyond her job. We were so happy with how frequently we were updated and she ensured we did everything to have a swift exchange and completion to our property. Overall, I am thoroughly impressed with the level of service from H&H and would recommend my family and friends to put their faith and trust into this wonderful company.

RUGBY BRANCHExcellent service from everyone at Howkins & Harrison Rugby branch with my recent sale but a special mention to Julian who was absolutely brilliant. The sale dragged on for 6 months with various complications but Julian constantly kept me updated, was always there with advice when I needed it and went above and beyond when he physically went to the Council offices himself to obtain last minute information that my Solicitor was struggling obtaining! Right from the initial consultation with Howkins & Harrison Lutterworth through to the sale of our home, we were always given a service second to none, in what proved to be a lengthy process. In particular Deborah went above & beyond the call of duty and was always prompt to respond even on her time off. Thank you, Lisa, does not quite cover the care Lisa took to make good a situation that occurred for me on a Friday afternoon. The drains had become seriously blocked, being disabled I was unable to do anything myself. It was Lisa's day off but this lovely lady organised help for me and saved the day. We were looking to rent an apartment for quite a while since our landlord was selling the property. Tried lots of different agencies, some of them were awful at discussing things, and some would say we do not have enough documents, etc, etc.Then we stumbled upon this apartment that was let by Howkins & Harrison, decided to try and apply. I did tell them everything other agencies told us and they advised us to still apply. We did, and after a few days we paid the holding deposit and then after a few more days we got accepted and yesterday moved in into our new CLEAN apartment.So far I had the best experience with these guys, really saved us :)Shout out to Javed and Evie.

Moving Home…

I would like to thank Amy at Howkins & Harrison in Towcester. Although we didn't sell our property through them, the one we were buying was sold to us by Howkins & Harrison.
