For a year and a half I rented an apartment from the Howkins & Harrison Agency and my Landlord was Farad Farahi. First of all, I would like to thank this agency, especially Javed Rahman for his help in everything. Both in the quick processing of documents, and later, in solving various household issues. Everything was done quickly, no need to ask. Also, thank you very much for returning your deposit promptly and in full. Many thanks also to my former Landlord Farad for his help with everything. From start to finish the sale of my Buckingham flat went as smoothly as ever - never a drama. From the initial valuation by manager Karen Bishop, to the following negotiations through the excellent Amy Trott it was all easy. Amy was attentive and helpful, and communicative. I was initially interested in purchasing a property marketed by H&H Daventry, and was advised that selling my own home with H&H would help motivate them to progress my purchase... This gave me some initial red flags, but I decided regardless to give their Northampton branch the opportunity to market my property.

Moving house is always a stressful and both Nadina and Kate were very helpful and proffesional in the way they worked with us and made the process of relocating less stressful. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Ali from the Lutterworth Branch over recent weeks whilst looking to buy a home in the Lutterworth area. Can't praise enough Howkins & Harrison Lutterworth team, especially Deborah, Ali and Beth. We have been through a rough patch as our initial sale fell through, but the whole team didn't give up and we made sale in the end. Deborah was a star chasing all the chain, kept our sellers in the loop as well; so they waited for a second time around on our sale. It was a delight working with them. Beth helped us with initial set-up and been there throughout , and Ali was so flexible arranging all viewings. Whole team kept us up to date with all progress.We would certainly recommend them, and we are so glad we chose to work with them on our sale.
