Just wanted to leave a comment on how amazing our experience has been so far. My husband and I viewed a property with estate agent Jenny Ponder on 30th October. Unlike many viewings we have had with other estate agents, Jenny was so friendly , honest and super enthusiastic from the get go. Often our experience has been that we almost felt we were an inconvenience to the estate agent that was showing us round - but not with Jenny. She is passionate and was extremely respectful in her service to the vendor too - it felt very personal. Jenny said she would keep in contact with us throughout the day (which she did), she called when she said she would and she was organised, professional but totally approachable and friendly. We have been lucky to have had our offer accepted and will hopefully deal with Jenny throughout!

Came down from Scotland for a gruelling week of house hunting in rural Northants, Beds and Bucks using a number of estate agents.I recognise the difficulty the COVID-19 pandemic has caused those involved with property sales and delighted to say all the agents we used were meticulous in managing viewings.I was particularly impressed with the performance of the staff at Howkins and Harrison. Very professional , knew their geographical area and were extremely helpful. Sadly for them I bought a house with another agent, no fault of theirs though. If I have to sell the house I’m buying Howkins and Harrison will receive the instruction.Particular thanks to Holly, Karen and Julian.

GoogleFor the first time in 25 years I had to rent a house. As myself and my son work in Daventry, I started looking for a house in Daventry , we were living in Northampton. I looked on Rightmove and spotted a couple of houses to rent that were on H & H website. I went in and met with Sarah & Karen, from the first meeting to getting the house keys took just 19 days. So a big thanks to Sarah & Karen for a swift easy transition. Would highly recommend Howkins & Harrison. When I’m ready to buy another house next year , this will be my first call. Thank you

GoogleFantastic service from start to finish!! FAULTLESS SERVICE. As an estate agent , I am highly critical of other agents and how they conduct their branches. Dealing with the team at Howkins and Harrison in Daventry was a PLEASURE.They went above and beyond to help with my purchase and to speed the process along to meet my timescales. Nothing was too much trouble. Clair and Jenny are kind, friendly , helpful and an asset to their branch. I would happily work with them again and wouldn't question using the team to sell my home in the future. Howkins and Harrison are my managing agent. The tenant vacated, and we reviewed the property and planned a refurb, including new cooker. They had their trades people and contacts. We worked together, agreeing prices etc. Everything went smoothly and according to plan. On the first week after completion they had found a new tenant, paying an increased rent. Excellent work. GoogleSelling a unique property like ours was always going to be difficult. The first serious offer came within the first week but unfortunately fell through. After numerous viewings and no firm offers, we had considered taking our house off the market, but Jenny convinced us that the price was right, the property was a viable seller and we should just hang on. Within a week the house was sold. Jenny and the team did everything that was expected, they sold our house at the price we were looking for. And always with a smile. Thanks to H&H.

In our opinion she has gone over and above what was expected from an estate agent. I think she must also have a degree in diplomacy!
