When we decided to move house we weren't sure who to go with. We had used Campbells before and had always been pleased. Mark and Jamie were both very professional and confident. Everyone in the office kept us up to date on any viewings and were all very positve. You hear of chains where one party drops out and it all starts again, Mark gave you the confidence that this would not happen and that any concern or issue was not a problem and could be resolved. I went to Campbell's as I had such a good experience 7 years ago looking for a property. Jamie Campbell came and gave my wife and I a valuation.After some consideration we decided to sell. The house went on the market and was sold in the week.we are now going through the legalities. Jamie and the team have been very supportive . We were surprised at how quickly it sold. Many thanks to Campbell’s for selling what felt like an impossible property to shift. Paul’s innovative approach to sell via e-auction on a property well outside their usual area (by about 100 miles) was definitely the right approach.Honest, straight talking and a little sensitive nagging (from Campbell’s to me) lead to the sale of a property that had been unsuccessfully marketed by a business based near the property for more than 12 months. Thinking ‘outside the box’ was definitely the right approach. I highly recommend the team at Campbell’s.

I have just sold a house through Campbells and found the whole process from beginning to end friendly, efficient and effortless. Apart from their wonderful philanthropic work in Nepal, which did influence me slightly in my choice of estate agents, Stan was the star of my sale and my primary point of contact. He went out of his way to help me in more than just selling the house. I needed to re-home some conservatory plants from the house and he was kind enough to find a friend who was keen to look after some of them. He always kept me fully informed as to the progress of the house sale as did the rest of the team I dealt with. After my first buyer pulled out suddenly due to mortgage problems, shortly before exchange, Stan and the team were quickly on the case to find a new buyer, without any fuss. There was always detailed feedback after each viewing and the general attitude was always up beat and enthusiastic. This wasn't an easy house to sell being only a one bedroom cottage - in a lovely location but without street access, but Stan and the team found just the right person for the house. I can't find a single negative thing to say about Campbells and would like to say a huge thank you for all their hard work on my behalf. They are true stars!

Both were fantastic to deal with and Jamie was superb in giving us regular updates throughout the process. We have just bought our house through campbells, very friendly service and came across as if they wanted the best for you. Unlike friends experiences of other estate agents. Mark was dealing with our purchase and he was fantastic to deal with as he has been in a similar situation as us. We are now getting ready to let our house and they are fantastic as we want to get work done to the house before we let. Currently being sorted by Carla on the letting team and she is very friendly and approachable. The only slight issue I have had is in regards to detail with emails. I have just got an email to leave a review and the font was in different sizes. We have had slight issues over emails, but it never effected the great work this team do for their customer.
