We used Campbells for both renting our house and for selling it later. They did a good job in finding good tenants and then took good care of having the house looked after. On the down side, communication was many times difficult, they did not keep us in the loop with what was going on. We felt they didn't advise us in our best interest regarding the best time to put the house on the market and did not inform us on time about invoices or notices they would get on our behalf. I would conclude they are an average agent.

Another 5 star performance from Campbells.They seem to find the right buyers for the right property that’s why we keep using them.We have bought or sold 12 properties with them over the years.They give a fair valuation with a realistic target price and their approach to marketing is a bit different to other agents but it works.Mark and the rest of the staff work hard to get the right people through the door and when the sale has been agreed they see it over the line. Always spot on.

From the starting process of renting a property in 2020, Campbells have been excellent. They communicated every step of their rental process clearly with me, and in the four and a half years I have been a tenant always respond promptly and with professionalism to any issues raised with the upkeep of the property. They carry out regular inspections giving adequate warning and are always friendly and respectful when doing so. They are always up to date with keeping things running smoothly (eg ensuring the annual boiler check is carried out in time) and are easy to contact and communicate with.

I have been a tenant for five years now and ever since my first interaction with Campbells they have been excellent. I first visited the property and moved in during Covid, it was a strange time, but needs must. The communication with the letting is excellent, they always write to me prior to an inspection giving plenty of notice. I’ve only really had one issue with the property, the oven stopped working after a couple of months. They had an engineer out to me within a couple of days. I’m delighted to recommend Campbells.

I'm not very good at putting things into words but I really think Campbell's and particularly Mark are worthy of me trying! Mark Heycock recently took care of the sale of my late father's house (my family home) and from start to finish, I can honestly say he's been the best estate agent I've ever used. Right from the beginning he had lot's of time to answer my questions and was really sympathetic to how emotionally hard the sale was for me and family. He helped us achieve the price we wanted for the property and although the process was slow and frustrating (through no fault of Mark's) he kept me informed every step of the way, which is so important. Donna in the office was really efficient and so were the other agents who did viewings for me. They all made a tough time much easier for me and I am extremely grateful for that.
