Just started a tenancy and it’s been positive experience so far. Between the viewing and signing the tenancy Jane was very quick to reply to my emails, went out of her way to communicate with me when I was on a different time zone and was very patient! Had a slight issue with the front door when I moved in and Donna came and assisted me, at the end of the day no less! It’s not an easy field to work in (rentals), so I appreciate the communication and friendliness of the ladies I’ve worked with and spoken to. So far so good! Hoping to be here for a long time :)

They were supportive, proactive, good communicators and negotiators, even when our sale went through some difficulties they were so helpful and determined to find a way through every obstacle whilst also making sure their client was looked after.
