We used Campbells to sell our house recently, and despite a reasonable chain of 5 houses everything went through relatively smoothly. I chose Campbells because they were the estate agent when purchasing our house. At the time, we had just come out of a collapsed chain several months in with a different property and estate agent. In contrast, Campbells were far more thorough in qualifying their buyers (including me), to a level that would likely have prevented the issues that caused our previous chain to fall apart. Stan was our assigned agent and did a great job of grouping viewings together and around times that worked for us, and with a toddler and a pregnant wife that was a real help. Stan would always let us know how the viewings had gone, follow up with potential buyers and relay their thoughts back to us. If Stan wasn't available then the Campbells team were always friendly and easy to get in touch with when needed. Above all, everyone I've dealt with at Campbells has been genuine and helpful. I've always found them honest and direct, which is a welcome relief from the approach of some of the other agents we had to deal with during the process. I would certainly highly recommend their service.

We were unexpectedly put in the position of having to sell our parents home in Daventry. We spoke to a few estate agents but Amanda Loydall from Campbells was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and gave us great confidence that we would sell the property and in a timely manner which is what we needed to hear. I would say I have had bad experiences in the past with Estate Agents however the process with Campbells has been seamless and exactly how Amanda explained it would be. We received an email outlining what would happen, the contacts we needed and a solicitor. We had a process where the potential buyers would view the property over 2/3 days and they were all vetted to make sure they were suitable for the property. This worked so well and we were very impressed by how smoothly this process was and we were informed every step of the way. We also had a what’s ap group which gave us quick connections and information throughout the process. We would like to thank Amanda and her team at Campbells for making this a smooth successful process and would highly recommend Campbells for your property journey.

I visited Campbells website and was impressed with the choice of sales options. For my needs the Express Sale Method ticked all the boxes. I made contact online and was telephoned by a member of the team to arrange a visit to the property. Rhian was friendly and made me feel very at ease, she explained the Express Sale Process fully, created a marketing strategy that reflected the property but could appeal to a range of buyers. From marketing of the property we completed on the sale in 53 days. Rhian and shian kept things on track and kept me informed throughout.

Campbells arranged the sale of my mother's property in Daventry. Mark Heycock and Sian McCurrach, in particular, were great at keeping in contact plus friendly and helpful in every way especially considering I don't live in the area myself. Mark's valuation of Scott Close was pretty much 'bang on' and the fact he got us to our asking price within a very short time of it being marketed was doubly impressive! I very much appreciated the way the office acted as a less formal go-between for ourselves and the buyers, enabling small queries or problems to be answered/ironed out without needing to go to our solicitors. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Campbells to anyone wishing to sell a property in the Daventry area.

What a pleasure it has been to buy our dream home with Campbells. Have nothing but good things to say From speaking to Nicola initially who was so nice and welcoming when we registered our interest to our purchase being handled so well by Jamie and Sian every step of the way. We have never come across an estate agency that are as helpful and kind as their staff! They put our estate agent for our sale to shame! Going from viewing a house to ownership in 30 days Jamie was fantastic showing us around with lots of knowledge of the area and helped with getting a solicitor at a really competitive price who could help us. I recently purchased a property through Campbells Estate Agents, and I cannot recommend them highly enough, especially Mark, who went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. From the very start, Mark was excellent at liaising between myself (the buyer) and the sellers to agree on a fair price. He even arranged a follow-up viewing so I could take measurements for items I needed to purchase before moving in. Mark kept me updated at every stage of the process and ensured I understood everything. He was incredibly responsive, even giving me his mobile number to contact him while he was away on holiday! It’s rare to find that level of dedication. He regularly checked in, even if it was just to provide a quick update or reassurance. Working with Jane from Campbells to secure a rental home was a game changer for myself and my family. I arrived in UK last year with Cancer to begin my journey to apply for a family visa for my husband and son to join me in the UK. Her dedication in helping me secure the property for us was truly unmatched, and her knowledge and confidence throughout the entire process gave me confidence that we would win over the 10 other applicants wanting this rental. Jane was always available to answer my questions, provide guidance. We are beyond grateful for Janes expertise and support, and we can’t recommend them highly enough!”. Whenever there has been an issue with the boiler or minor cosmetic issues within the property Jane and her colleague Janet have dealt with their 3rd party contractors to assure things are rectified quickly without inconvenience to us. Sian was equally polite and helpful as our sale progressed. In a subdued market the recent sale of our leasehold property could not have gone better. A buyer was quickly found and, thanks to the forward thinking ingenuity of the team, from memo of sale to contract completion was just 7 weeks.
