The Trusted AgentExcellent Customer Service - they really look after you
Report review »David in Hazel Close Blackburn - 16 Nov 17 I came to see Verity in the Lettings department as I needed a place to live at very short notice due to marital separation. She was very sympathetic and guided me through the entire process from viewing to application to moving in and conducted herself in a very professional manner at all times. I am very grateful to the attentive manner with which all the staff dealt with me from start to finish and would recommend ALE to anyone. The really do look after you.

The Trusted AgentAmazing Customer Service Skills
Had amazing assistance from Verity, she went out of her way to help me get the rental i wanted and contacted me back promptly to tell me what information was needed. Everything was arranged as quick as possible, looking forward to moving in. I would definitely recommend on using Ainsworth lord estate. Very friendly staff. A good indication of a company is how they handle problems and i had some issues getting all the information and Verity was great and helped me sorting everything i needed. Would highly recommend on dealing with this company. Ruth.

Verity who I dealt with was very organised, had all the paperwork ready for me to sign etc. Cannot recommend ALE highly enough and they even return your calls when they say they are going too !!!!!

The letting process was a professional service from start to finish. It didn't take long before the house was let with some thorough background checks undertaken to provide some reassurance that it should go well. Verity handled the process very well and kept us informed of progress at every stage

The Trusted AgentAmazing!!
Well we had a bit of a nightmare time selling our property with another agent, they have a green sign, so had a very low opinion of estate agents. However being with ale has totally changed this! They were amazing getting our sale back on track, coping with my constant worrying and reassuring me the sale was all going on. Great communication from all agents. It was a fantastic experience from the first photos through to completion. Couldn't have asked for better service.
