GoogleJust called the lettings team regarding a property for rent. Firstly the phone cut whilst making my enquiry, to which no one called me back. Once I phoned again this really rude woman answered, I explained that I had been cut off earlier. Instead of apologising, she Shouted "what's your name?" "Whats your name?" Terrible service, avoid!!!
