Shocking and appalling behaviour by Wards at Hythe! Avoid doing any business with them! Parents had an offer accepted by sellers and property taken off the market and confirmation email received. However 2 days later, they received a call from wards that they had sold the property to someone else. Not sure how, as it was off the market and offer had already been accepted by the sellers. Certainly not professional behaviour or acceptable. Totally disgraceful and would avoid this estate agents at all costs!

Not interested about clients ,all they are after is money money, there is a house for sale near me unless I pay 10k for there modern auction fee they will not sell the house ,the house is sitting there I want to buy it ,they will not tell the seller that there is a interested buyer ,there so called modern auction are not helping sellers.

He helped take the pressure off what was an extremely upsetting and stressful move, we are very grateful for all his input. Based on the sales progressing what an absolute shambles. Seem to not understand the process, unable to communicate effectively between solicitors and other estate agents and have left us to do most of the work. Feel completely in the dark on a critical part of the process and when updates do come they make zero sense. So much room for improvement and not helpful when individuals are on holidays and do not advise or handover cases.

Worse experience ever!!! We drove all the way from London to Kent with our 8 month old baby for a viewing with Abdul and nobody turned up !! We sent emails, left voicemail while we were waiting in front of the property and nobody contacted us back .
