I went to Wards on a whim!

I went to Wards on a whim! Earlier this year as my contract was coming to an end with my then Agent. I was greeted by Prince & Amrit who were both very friendly, extremely knowledgeable & polite. From the word Go! They instantly made me feel comfortable and well at ease before, during and after the whole transaction of the sale of my property.They were efficient and very hands on and took away any reservations that I had during the process. Prince kept me updated at all times and so I knew exactly what stage(s) the sale of my house was at and he never left me in the lurch about anything, so this made things even more relaxed and easier to deal with.The turnaround was unexpectedly fast and I could not fault a thing! They remained courteous, positive and professional throughout the whole process.They kept their word, worked great as a team and delivered exactly what they promised!I highly recommend using Wards and it is a bonus if you’re lucky enough to meet both Prince & Amrit!

5* Experience With Devon !

I luckily had a conversation with Devon from the Rochester branch after I had a offer fall through. He was very understanding and encouraging even though it was a horrible situation for us. He suggested another property that I felt at the time would be out of our league, But I can not thank him enough for booking us in for the open day as a week later our offer was accepted and we have now moved into our dream home !He regularly checked in and kept my sanity during the stressful process of moving and I couldn't have been more grateful. We had a lot of great help From Wards through a few different branches in the end but i do have to give a special thank you to Devon for finding us our dream home !

Great for first time buyers

We had a really great experience using Wards. From the original viewings through to our offer being accepted the communication with the team at Rochester was clear and frequent. Once our offer was accepted, sales progressor Judy Day was fantastic. She kept us informed and helped us through the process, which was so invaluable to us as this was our first house purchase. Especially towards the end when we ran into some delays with exchange, Judy kept in touch with progress and consistently was in contact with the seller/solicitors to get updates and push things forward. Would happily use again, thank you to Judy and all the team who helped us get over the line!

Top Team at Headcorn.

We went into the branch at Headcorn looking for properties in the area. From the first visit everyone was attentive to our needs and couldn't do more to help us find the home we were looking for. Even though the Headcorn branch is a small team, all gave us good advice, communicated as they said they would, met us promptly for viewings and kept us up-to-date with potential properties coming to market. In the end we opted for a property in the area handled by another agent. After updating the team, Hollie emailed to congratulate us and offered further assistance in the process should we need it. All-in-all a very professional team. A big thank you to Tom, Hollie, Caleb and Diane.

I'd like to say a huge thank you to Adam Copas and Joseph Dennis from Wards at the Walderslade / Chatham branch who went above and beyond in terms of delivering excellent customer service. 10/10! In relation to all other estate agents I called, Wards went beyond my expectations; Adam was very polite, reassuring and helpful. He asked me all the relevant questions for someone like myself who would be a first-time buyer, and was able to book me in for a same day, video call appointment with Mortgage Advisor and Protection Specialist, Joseph Dennis. Unlike other estate agents, Adam took the time to follow up next day to make sure all my questions were answered.In comparison with other estate agents I spoke to, Adam Copas showed me a lot on undivided attention and interest which was greatly appreciated. Other estate agents I called did not match the service I received from Adam or Joseph in the slightest.Joseph Dennis gave me a formal and insightful introduction into the company, and was very impressed with his intuitiveness in relation to Mortgage Matters Direct and Wards. I was able to learn a lot about the processes of buying a property. Joe and Adam really take pride in their work and it is in their best interest is to help in anyway they can. Joseph answered all of my questions, as well as offering exceptional mortgage advice and made me feel very reassured and confident in his abilities. Grace has been an amazing lady throughout our sale. She has been my rock, as it has been a bumpy ride with our solicitor to say the least! Grace has been so supportive, kept me updated, reassured me and helped me no end when I was stressed. She will always explain what is happening, when I have needed it, in terms that I actually understand. I feel as though not only has she been my agony Aunt but has become a friend. Grace has been through every emotion with me, has always checked back to see if I was ok, which proves what a caring, thoughtful, lovely person she is! She goes above and beyond her job role, Grace is a credit to Wards, they are so lucky to have her as part of their team. Shannon has been a great help to me when I have phoned the office, always cheerful and friendly, always a pleasure to speak to her. Massive shout out to Blaine Kavanagh at wards in gravesend. Beginning to end the service I have received has been top notch. Blaine is extremely friendly and has always been happy and available to answer any of my questions. It’s been a journey and I have spoken to loads of estate agents having a few knock backs along the way missing out on properties that I thought were the “one”. I was Just about to give up feeling deflated then Blaine came to the rescue, it’s clear that Blaine listened to what I wanted and understood what I was looking for then recommended a property which in all honesty I wouldn’t have viewed had it not of been brought to my attention but I’m certain this is my dream home and has bags of potential it’s just amazing. We were served with a section 21 no fault eviction notice. I phoned up Wards regarding a property that i saw advertised, and a lovely lady called Jade dealt with my phone call. She was very honest about the property I was interested in viewing, telling me that the landlord was looking to sell this property in the future. After taking all my details, she informed me of a property that was just about to come onto the rental market. We were interested but wouldn't be able to view for a couple of weeks as we were going on holiday. After an hour of getting off of the phone, Jade called me back to say the landlord had dropped in the keys, and we were able to arrange a viewing for that afternoon.
