I'd like to say a huge thank you to Adam Copas and Joseph Dennis from Wards at the Walderslade / Chatham branch who went above and beyond in terms of delivering excellent customer service. 10/10! In relation to all other estate agents I called, Wards went beyond my expectations; Adam was very polite, reassuring and helpful. He asked me all the relevant questions for someone like myself who would be a first-time buyer, and was able to book me in for a same day, video call appointment with Mortgage Advisor and Protection Specialist, Joseph Dennis. Unlike other estate agents, Adam took the time to follow up next day to make sure all my questions were answered.In comparison with other estate agents I spoke to, Adam Copas showed me a lot on undivided attention and interest which was greatly appreciated. Other estate agents I called did not match the service I received from Adam or Joseph in the slightest.Joseph Dennis gave me a formal and insightful introduction into the company, and was very impressed with his intuitiveness in relation to Mortgage Matters Direct and Wards. I was able to learn a lot about the processes of buying a property. Joe and Adam really take pride in their work and it is in their best interest is to help in anyway they can. Joseph answered all of my questions, as well as offering exceptional mortgage advice and made me feel very reassured and confident in his abilities. Taking away from our discussion, me and my partner now have a goal and better vision of our financial situation and I will definitely go to Joseph when ready to buy our first home.Thank you Adam Copas and Joseph Dennis.

Grace has been an amazing lady throughout our sale. She has been my rock, as it has been a bumpy ride with our solicitor to say the least! Grace has been so supportive, kept me updated, reassured me and helped me no end when I was stressed. She will always explain what is happening, when I have needed it, in terms that I actually understand. I feel as though not only has she been my agony Aunt but has become a friend. Grace has been through every emotion with me, has always checked back to see if I was ok, which proves what a caring, thoughtful, lovely person she is! She goes above and beyond her job role, Grace is a credit to Wards, they are so lucky to have her as part of their team. Shannon has been a great help to me when I have phoned the office, always cheerful and friendly, always a pleasure to speak to her. I also feel that Paul definitely deserves a mention too as he has been so supportive to me, again so so helpful and nothing seems too much trouble, even phoning to check how things are going when it’s not going to plan! I always feel that he is very approachable and will always give me great advise. These three members of your staff are a credit to Wards. Massive shout out to Blaine Kavanagh at wards in gravesend. Beginning to end the service I have received has been top notch. Blaine is extremely friendly and has always been happy and available to answer any of my questions. It’s been a journey and I have spoken to loads of estate agents having a few knock backs along the way missing out on properties that I thought were the “one”. I was Just about to give up feeling deflated then Blaine came to the rescue, it’s clear that Blaine listened to what I wanted and understood what I was looking for then recommended a property which in all honesty I wouldn’t have viewed had it not of been brought to my attention but I’m certain this is my dream home and has bags of potential it’s just amazing. Anyway my offer was accepted and I’m honestly over the moon! We were served with a section 21 no fault eviction notice. I phoned up Wards regarding a property that i saw advertised, and a lovely lady called Jade dealt with my phone call. She was very honest about the property I was interested in viewing, telling me that the landlord was looking to sell this property in the future. After taking all my details, she informed me of a property that was just about to come onto the rental market. We were interested but wouldn't be able to view for a couple of weeks as we were going on holiday. After an hour of getting off of the phone, Jade called me back to say the landlord had dropped in the keys, and we were able to arrange a viewing for that afternoon.

Wards sold our house but we had a long, difficult experience on the other end when several places we tried to buy fell through, however, the team at Wards kept our chain together and cheerfully persevered through it all. Excellent, quick and helpful service

I recently had a problem with my heating not working properly, so I reported the issue on Sunday, had a phonecall from Wards on the Monday morning and a plumber attended our house on the Tuesday and our heating was back working within an hour! Really impressed with how Wards handled the situation, customer service Tom was brilliant, and Jack our plumber from JPM was very polite and friendly, and gave us the best advice to keep our house warm and what to do dealing with any condensation while heating up the house. Really pleased with how our issue was handled. Thank you everyone involved!
