I have been asking George other questions and has come back to me with what I required straight away. Great work and I am very Happy. We're currently looking for a new house to rent and I have spoken to as many estate agents as I could find over the last few days. None have been as helpful or friendly as Jodie at Wards. I felt she really went out of her way to help me, particularly with trying to help me understand a few issues I have with my current tenancy which isn't even held with them. Their customer service was abysmal.I was coming from over 20 miles away to view a property but was running a few minutes late, so rang to explain and let them know I was on the way. Got a call back a couple of minutes later to say the property had been sold hours earlier that morning and a deposit had been paid, so I couldn't even view it.
