From the beginning David was super helpful and prompt. Once we got the property the process was smooth and prompt with no issues at all. Also the help of Maria with other admin chase ups. We were a bit slack with getting back to both David and Maria but they were both patient with us as we went through the entire process. Would highly recommend Wards. Very professional in both the process and attitude. Appreciate it.

We were in the process of buying a property from ward when the seller pulled out, this was not Ward's fault. This took 4 months and we were nearly at the exchange point. My problem with Ward was their unprofessional attitude, not responding to calls on time. They are not open and forthright.From the onset, l have a feeling something was not right but l couldn't pin point it. Be careful if you have to use them,make sure that things are clear to you from the onset. I won't be using them in the future.

GoogleThe seller of the property we bought as first time buyers used Wards so we had a couple of dealings with them. These consisted of when the seller was in the process of accepting our offer he was told by Wards to not accept and they also suggested we had CCJs and bad credit history (they had literally no proof of this as it simply wasn’t true)… they had tried to sell us their ‘VIP membership club wherein if you have your mortgage and solicitors through them you’ll get preferential treatment - we said no as had already organised and I fear this may of been the reason they tried to dissuade our seller from us. Once our offer was accepted we had the pleasure of being hounded by the sales progression manager from Wards every few days - we were first time buyers and she didn’t talk us through the process or help us at all really, I got the impression that she was just out for the sellers in our chain as even when it was them holding everything up she’d be on our case. Then finally we came to our completion day, we went to collect the keys from Wards Dartford Being very excited to finally Get the keys to our new home and we’re told ‘I don’t want this to come out the wrong way, but if there’s anything wrong in your new home then don’t come to us’. I would never recommend Wards and would never use them in the future. I felt discriminated against whenever I dealt with any of their staff. Disgraceful.

Received a letter today unsolicited from Giles Warner who claims to be 'senior branch partner'. It starts "I noticed your property recently went on the market...."It has not gone on the market or even been discussed with any agent for several years. So the letter stars with a complete lie and follows up with an attempt to coerce us to ditch our imaginary current agent and appoint them. This is frankly scammer behaviour. So I looked them up with the regulatory bodies and protection schemes and found no reference to any of their multiple trading names.

Frankly the best Estate agents I have dealt with.I conducted from overseas and from the first phone call to the end of the process (securing the flat), they were helpful, precise and thourough. Laura, who was my main contact, kept in touch regularly to keep me informed of how things were going, she sent me a video of the flat as I could not visit it in person and answered all my questions regardless of how trivial those were. I would highly recommend them to anyone in search of a flat in that area. Thank you so much to the Ward team and Laura in particular for supporting throughout the process which in my previous experiences have been rather stressful. Not this one though!!!

Although my property did not go through to completion with Wards, I received excellent support throughout the journey. They were attentive, approachable & caring. Darren is certainly management material, deserving of any promotions. Little Mark a proactive, swift Manager pays attention to detail. Big Mark is adorable loved by all that interact with him. Not forgetting Florence who listens to her client's needs & is always immaculate & stylish. I certainly recommend them all

Our house is currently on the market and finding a certain member of staff at wards of walderslade rude and unpleasant.I understand the current market is difficult but when the staff advise they can’t work miracles to you when they are the ones that priced our house and then went to say damage had been done by a different estate agent The gentleman I spoke to was totally unprofessional and we will be removing our house from them as soon as we can
