recently sold and purchased with Robinson in Strood - What a team. Can not fault them in anyway. Our journey started with Reece the branch manager who was brilliant from the get go. it was tricky transaction, with multiple properties involved including the sale of my parent property, but they got it all done with Ease. Charley and Jade in processing were incredible, updating ourselves and our buyers constantly and even dealing with all our solicitors in great depth. I could not recommend this branch more if I tried.

Absolutely appalling. We reviewed their website about their procedures with COVID and viewing properties. My parents who are cash buyers were looking to view a bungalow were told that they could not view the bungalow due to the fact that they had not sold yet?! They are in a fantastic position and are keen to find their dream home but were told by Nick the branch partner that they could not do this. When I pointed out that this information is not shared on the website he simply kept repeating that they had to have sold to be in with a chance of viewing. But this information is not anywhere on their site so I said it cannot be enforced if the rules are not clearly stated it is total misinformation at a high level. I told him that I would complain about the instant dismissal and total lack of service he simply said and I quote’ I’m the branch partner who are you going to complain to may I ask’? Customer Service you can appreciate at its very best! as an ex estate agent I’m dumbfounded. In this day and current climate he was happy to turn people away. Lost business on a potential sale in excess of £400,000. A real clever business move .. business idiot of the year. Avoid at all costs.
Good Morning Tracey Many thanks for your review. I am disappointed that you have felt the need to leave the review that you have. Especially as you are aware that we telephoned the owner of the bungalow you mention and explained that your parents were very keen to view the property. We asked if they would be prepared for your parents to view the bungalow albeit they are not currently in a proceedable position. As we explained the owner then confirmed they are more than happy for your parents to view when they are in a proceedable position and when the chain below is complete but were not willing to let them view before this. Re your comment I told him that I would complain about the instant dismissal and total lack of service he simply said and I quote’ I’m the branch partner who are you going to complain to may I ask’? You spoke with my colleague first who explained the situation. You then asked to speak to someone that you could make a complaint to and my colleague passed you to myself. I explained the situation to which you were still unhappy and asked who you could escalate the complaint to further. I explained that this would be myself. At no point did I say I am the Branch Partner who are you going to complain too. As discussed yesterday the owners are more than happy to arrange a viewing for your parents when they are under offer and able to proceed with a purchase if they are happy with the bungalow when the view it. We booked RJ to sell our home in early 2023 and were very impressed with the introduction. As time went by many people came to view the house but alas no sale. Eventually towards the end of the year we received an offer and were glad to accept. Only downside during the year was that on one occasion the garage door was left unlocked and a light was left on inside the house. The house keys were misplaced on one occasion but luckily we found a second pair.

Until your property is rented by RMJ, its a OK. Trouble starts when the Tenants stop paying rent, You as landlord has to chase RMJ for rent. No one from RMJ will contact you to give you update. Don't bother calling RMJ - Credit controller never answer the phone(I mean NEVER). Coming to Repairs - Have to chase many time to get quote. But Managing fee will be deducted, with out delay. All this is Full Managed Service.

Robinson and Jackson Blackfen had marketed a property with 'ample off street parking,' which consisted of 2 parking spaces on a driveway. After putting an offer in and getting accepted I asked to view the property again but the branch manager was reluctant to do so. I paid for the searches as he was being pushy then he was more relaxed about a second viewing. After asking again about the parking another estate agent confirmed she didn't know. She sent me the plans and after I checked them, it was clear no parking spaces belonged to the property.The branch manager said he would do what he would to get the matter resolved but obviously he couldn't do anything then he started to be quite rude again and was nit compromising between myself and the seller to re negotiate the price.I've now walked away from the property but lost out on £378 due to searches being paid for.Just be careful. Check everything don't be fooled by their marketing. I've got evidence of the marketing and the plans as they have now since changed it all.

I bought a house through Robinson & Jackson and I think they are truly amazing ! Right from the start ( arranging first viewing ) until completion ( less than 3 months later) they have been nothing but super professional and helpful. They have answered any queries within minutes, excellent communication and support. The dates given to me as a guideline ( exchange, completion , etc.) were kept exactly the same from start to finish. The whole team - Natalie, Sam and more were great! I am so grateful to Robinson & Jackson Blackfen for their support & guidance throughout the sale process. I was impressed how quickly I received offers for the house & from then on the support was above & beyond my expectations. I had assumed once the offer was accepted, they would leave the solicitors to take over with me having to do any chasing myself. This was not the case at all. I was very grateful to receive weekly (sometimes more) updates from R&J & any queries I had were dealt with quickly & efficiently in a friendly manner. When potential issues with the buyer occurred, the staff resolved them to my satisfaction making me feel fully supported by them. I highly recommend this agency & wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

I had a difficult experience with the Belvedere branch.Some things were fine, such as the listing and the viewings.But they were also very unethical at times. For example they only told me that a prospective buyer's mortgage application failed two weeks after they learned of this. My property was off the market for much longer than necessary.

Full marks to Belvedere for straightening things out to everyones satisfaction . Highly unethical company, will employ utterly scummy lowlife tactics. Please take my advice and avoid at all costs. Not only are they bad at their job and what they do, but when they inevitably fail they will attempt to find any other amoral method to extract their misbegotten gains. Extremely stressful experience, losing sleep because of these clowns.

We bought our new property using Robinson Michael Jackson in Gravesend. Their service was excellent. Keeping us informed all the way of developments as they happened. They were more that happy to organise the viewing of the property 3 or 4 times so as we could double check things. All the staff were very helpful and happy to answer all our questions. The worst estate agent I’ve ever come across. I chased them multiple times to arrange a viewing to buy a property which they were not able to schedule in over a month. I was never called back (despite promises) and was even not registered in their system. I told them I was very interested and called them at least 5 times enquiring and they said they would call me back and never did. Finally spoke to someone who did arrange the viewing, and I get a call on the day saying the viewing was cancelled because the property had already been sold. Utter waste of time, unprofessional.

Sold us a house with floorplan saying the property is 100 sqm (hence the higher price we paid compare to other similar looking properties in the area) only for us to find out later the property is 80 sqm.This is fraud, this is lying, this is scamming people.Not long ago we also found out that they are not even TPO registered so I guess it shouldn't come as a surprise that they scam people like this in broad daylight.
