We were on the market with two companies, one of which was Land Estates. We were moving away from the area but this was not a problem to the people we met from Land Estates, as they had a good knowledge of different areas in the country and other agents who could help us. They helped a friend of ours to move house "well" as it is stressful time and she was on her own.They gave us confidence after several years of trying to sell our own house. They took good pictures and kept us up to date with progress. The staff in the Dartford office were always friendly and helpful every time we contacted them, and gave us regular updates.They were involved all throughout the process and gave us information and advice which really helped the advertising, selling and actual moving process.We would highly recommend this Estate Agent to anyone young or older wanting to move house.

Land Estates is what we call the dream team! First proven a few years ago after taking over our house from another agency to rent out! The service provided to us as landlords was nothing but exceptional! The team responsible for looking after our property are worlds apart from another local agents who had previously managed our house!Then this year the sales team once again were amazing with the sale of our house! Donna, unfortunately spoilt us with her impeccable service..... problem being that with purchase of our new property we now expect this level of service! 😉having bought and sold a house in South Africa and in recent months dealing with various agencies to buy a new property , it appears there is no agency local or in Cape Town who can compete with Land Estates, Dartford! I was stressed out looking for a property in Dartford area. A friend of mine gave me Mr Ali's number. As soon as I contacted him , he referred to Lewis for my requirements. Lewis has done a tremendous job, found me a property in a day and completed all paperwork and in just less than 3 days I got into the property. GoogleFelt extremely let down and deceived by Land Estates. Had a property viewing over the weekend and payed 500 pounds to bring the property off the markets. Spent a whole day chasing them only to be told that the offer has been rejected by the landlord as someone else was picked. This made no sense as earlier in the day they informed me that the contract was being written and an email sent shortly. Why lead me on and waste my time? While this could be a one off from their side, i certainly do not recommend this estate agent to anyone.

All staff were extremely helpful and efficient, keeping us updated throughout the process and just making things easy! This was greatly appreciated after a not so pleasant experience with a different estate agent . Thank you so much! If you want things to run smoothly, these people are your best bet! A special mention goes to Lewis Powell, a true asset to the company.

I actually found Land estates by chance, I was actually on my way to one of their competitors when I came across them on the high street. They where excellent throughout the entire process. Lewis the consultant dealing with my property search was really great, even when I had some slight delays with some of my paperwork he really showed some empathy. The entire team have been great and I hope to do more business with them in the future. PS: Their office in Dartford also have a nice homely feel about it.
