They were true to their word and we quickly had a series of viewings resulting in an offer. We were with a large well known estate agent who didn’t support us whatsoever and charged over the odds for years. We were back at the house redecorating and it was fate, a leaflet dropped through the door advertising local Land Estates so we asked them to come round to see us. We decided then and there to give them a chance and have never looked back since. Efficient, informative and gives us total confidence to leave the house in their capable hands.

TrustpilotTake multiple holding deposits for rental properties.
We had been looking for a 4 bedroom property to rent for a while and were shown a house which would have suited us well. The letting agent called later that day to explain that other potential tenants were interested and to ask would we like to pay a deposit to hold the property. We had deliberated and decided that we would like to move into the house. It was only after paying the deposit and starting to make arrangements to move we were told that this agent had taken multiple 'holding' deposits from potential tenants and the landlord had gone with someone else. We were absolutely disgusted as the impression we had been given was that the deposit would HOLD the property for us (subject to references and checks). Thankfully we hadn't given notice on our existing property as it was the weekend, the consequences could have been dire if we had!This is a deeply unethical company engaging in very bad practice which puts families at risk of homelessness. Would not recommend anyone to use this company to look for for a rental property.

We switched from an online agent to Land Estates. Their service was much better, they were always available and helpful.Their progressor really knows her stuff and was on the solicitors and buyers' case to speed up the process as she knew we were on a tight schedule.The only negative point would be that although we were told there would be no commission (it would be billed as a fee for the buyer), we ended up paying commision from our sale price. This should have been clearer from the start. Despite this, we would recommend Land Estates.

We put our home up for sale with Land Estate Dartford, the overall quality of service we received was exceptional. Beginning with the all important opening meeting to establish our expectations which was a pleasant experience, we were both well advised but always listened to. The visit to take photos and learn more about the features of the property was handled professionally. The team took the time to identify the things that might appeal to a buyer, giving helpful hints and tips. They were also more than happy to swap photos according to our preferences, always listening and always responding.The open house visit was organised with care, we were stunned by the amount of interest the team was able to generate so quickly. We handed our keys over with full confidence.Immediately after we had offers that exceeded our expectations, and all throughout the sales process we were kept informed and constantly in touch. They played an important part in expediting the whole process. Land Estates made us feel important and not just another sale, we can't thank the team enough.

They never once let me down and never once failed to meet my expectations. Yes they are an independent estate agents but the team they have in place are the best in the business, I would never use another estate agents for anything.
