GoogleHaart lettings were a nightmare from the start of our tenancy until the very end,they did not support us as landlords at all and we were left with a trashed house,even forgetting to serve notice on the tenants which delayed their departure by 6 weeks,they have no presence in Thanet anymore so would go with a local agent,you have been warned my friends!

GoogleIt was ok to rent out. It was ok through the tenancy too however it's been a month now since i moved out and still no deposit back. New tenants moved in straight away and im being told they cant get hold of landlord which is weird because new people moved in so someone had contact with him. Opened up a dispute with tenancy deposit people and We'll see how It goes

GoogleMy husband and I dealt with Layla who was helpful from start to finish. She was sweet, and super informative and also very easy to get hold of whenever we needed her assistance. GoogleNo happy with there service at all .we contacted them about a flat .thay said no one had viewed .so we ask a question to put to the landlord about our dog .thay said thay would get back to us .thay never did .so we phoned them a few days later only to be told it was under offer to another person .avoid avoid avoid this letting agent
